Remember that it is very refreshing to come home to a place which is tidy and comfortable. Your housemates will also appreciate your effort inside the house.

Change your lifestyle: It is true that you cannot be a different person overnight. But, you can make gradual changes that will help you change your habits. Betty used to drop by at a small bar before heading home. She drinks with her old buddies Amy and Grace there every single day. They talk about the latest gossips in the office and their stressors. They either come home drunk or wake up in somebody else's place the next morning. Routines are simply routines. You create them by keeping up with a specific schedule every day. As you feel the side effects of drugs on your body and your social life, it will be helpful to think about changing your lifestyle. Some girls are abused by strangers and many of them suffer from emotional hurt because of their experiences while they were drunk. Seeing a professional substance abuse counselor is necessary. But, you can start reducing your drinking sprees by avoiding unhealthy routines that contribute to your drinking.
