From a perspective of a business coach, one thing that you can do to avoid indecision and procrastination is to be organized. Work on one task at a time. Every morning, take a few minutes to relax and breathe before you start doing your tasks for the day. You may have piles of papers to do before the day ends but try not to think too much about them. You are giving yourself time to clear your mind by trying to relax.
The moment you have calmed down yourself, try to sort out the things that are really important and the "not-so-important" ones. One way to figure out how important these tasks are is by arranging them by date they are needed or how complicated they seem. Having a secretary may ease your work but being hands-on to your tasks may also be rewarding in the end.
Once you already have your priorities in order, try to be attentive and finish them one at a time. Multi-tasking may be required at times but if you can do one thing at a time, you will see that it produces better results than juggling yourself from one task to another.
Doing the easier tasks at the first hour of work can also help just so things won't already be too stressful at the beginning of the day. This is also good in avoiding procrastination because there aren't any more easy tasks to be put off until tomorrow.
As a business coach may mention, there may be different techniques that will work for every person to overcome indecision and procrastination but doing the things mentioned above won't probably hurt. You'll never know it may just work.
