PURPOSE OF THIS QUICKIE: To Make You Feel Good Throughout The Day

WHY THIS QUICKIE IS VALUABLE: Feeling Good Makes You Embrace All The Good Things That Happen To You And Allows You To Quickly Bounce Back From Any Bad Things. Being Like This Is One of The Essential Cornerstones of Happiness, Prosperity, Longevity And Attractiveness.

QUICKIE: Morning Thoughts

The volitional mind (the part you can control) is a question/answer utility.

Focus can be directed by asking yourself a question.

Focus can be 'set' by asking yourself a question in a relaxed state.

When you are just waking up, you are in such a state.

Or when you are meditating.

Both are the same states.

What you focus on when in that relaxed state, repeats itself over and over.

Focus on bad things when in that state, you will feel bad through the rest of the day. So you will only notice bad things. You will attack them. Try to stop them. Try to get rid of them. But they will persist and multiply. Which in turn will make you feel worse. The day will feel like a battle. You will ignore any good things that come your way. You will be a different person to friends and relatives. A downward spiral.

Focus on good things when in that state, you will feel good through the rest of the day. So you will notice all the good things (of which there are an abundance of). You will embrace them. They will please you. Which in turn will make you feel even better. The day will feel like a wonder. You will brush off, bounce back from or completely ignore any bad things that come your way. You will be a fun person to friends and relatives. An upward spiral.

PRACTICE:

If you don't meditate then do this in a morning when you are just awakening.

Say to yourself in the privacy of your mind...

"What am I grateful for ?"

Ten times.

Notice how you begin focusing on all that you are grateful to have.

Then notice how you feel.

Then get up and start your day.

Too easy for you?

Add to that to ask yourself...

"What do I love, in my life?"

Ten times.

Notice how you begin focusing on all that you love in your life.

Then notice how you feel.

THEN get up and start your day.

If at any time during the day you start to feel down, repeat those two questions a few times each and you should start to feel good again.
