Are His Friends In Serious Relationships?

Often a guy may not have want to be the first one out of his buddies to commit to a serious relationship as he might feel that he will miss out on the hobbies and interests that he does with his friends who are single.

Allow Him Time to Commit.

Are you putting your man under pressure to commit to a long term relationship? Do you consistently talk with him about your relationship together? If he wants to commit to you, then allow him to get to that level on his own. If you regularly keep talking about it, he may become irritated you will end up forcing him away even further.

Will He Lose His Free Time?

Your man may appreciate doing his own thing and being by himself. A serious relationship indicates to him that it will it take up a reasonable period of his time and perhaps your man does want to that type of stress on now.

Are You Trying To Make Him Somebody He Is Not?

If you do not really like him for who he is right now, then what will it be like in the future? Your man will have his own goals and ambitions about his future and you need to support him with this. If you don't, it might result in him not to wanting a future with you.

What About His Past?

This may be the reason that he is having difficulties to commit to you. He could be blocking commitment to a new relationship because of the hurt from a previous split. He may need a little a more time until he feels secure in his new relationship with you.

Has He Grown Up?

It is no surprise that men generally take more time to make a relationship commitment than women. It requires a certain quantity of maturity from both partners to make a relationship work and immature men hardly ever consider the wants and needs of others above their own.
