Time Management Tips - You Can Actually Reduce Time Loss In 3 Steps By Using Everyday Mistakes

Time management tips rarely discuss using mistakes. Would you like to put mistakes to work for you, so that none of your time is wasted? You can. And you gather valuable gifts, if you bring the right energy to the process!

Take a deep, relaxed breath and envision a life choice that you recall with regret. You may draw back from revisiting this painful episode in your life. But allow yourself to drop down into your body to experience the feelings you have avoided for so long. As you do, you will encounter 3 universal truths:

1. Mistakes Are Okay.

When your heart is open, nothing is lost. Because when you fully embrace your experience, you learn life lessons that open you to new levels of energy and insight.

2. Mistakes Are Simply Lessons Waiting To Befriend You.

Accepting this turns the glass from half empty to half full... or more. If you fully recognize your humanity, you gain a sense of lightness and enthusiasm for your life.

3. It Is Not What Does Or Does Not Happen That Matters. What Defines You And Shapes Your Path Is How You Respond Along The Way.

Each time you assume full responsibility for your life and dedicate yourself to reality, however difficult, you deepen your loyalty to yourself. In dedicating yourself to live this fully, you gain enormous resilience.

Your Path to Retrieve Lost Time Requires 3 Steps:

A. Open your heart.

With deep compassion, embrace the entire scope of your experience, including its lesson. However uncomfortable and strained you may feel, you dignify yourself and align yourself with forward momentum. In this way, you transform your relationship to time you once felt you had "lost".

B. Welcome new insights about choices of yours that you have regretted.

Conduct an open investigation of each lesson. Let it penetrate your consciousness. Then ask these 3 questions of yourself:

* What do you need to release in order to move forward with more wisdom?
* What new insights can you carry forward as you continue your journey?

C. Wholeheartedly validate all good choices.

What a vital step this is! There is always - always something you can validate, if only your wish to learn from mistakes. Give yourself the compassion you would extend to a friend. After all, the work you do can be solitary and deeply challenging. Be the close friend and coach that you deserve. Truly celebrate your life path in all the ways it sustains you - allow your appreciation of yourself to grow!

When you open your heart, you let in more light to discover life's lessons. And by expanding your spirit to embrace whatever feelings accompany your fresh insights, you are recalibrating the relative "size" of things.

In essence, you are declaring, "I am bigger than this mistake. I can deal with it and learn from it!" This fundamental act of self-loyalty enables you to fully claim your power. You refuse to allow loss, disappointment, setbacks, and regrets to overwhelm you.

Consider how much power you give yourself when you assert, right down to your essence, that nothing is lost!

Don't waste another minute. How can you set aside time right now to review your life lessons, renew your faith in yourself, and reclaim your lost time?
