To go to the root of your current time patterns, take a look at the family that raised you. You can access a new way of thinking by starting at the beginning? your beginning, that is.
The rhythms of your family's time choices shaped your perceptions of time from birth onwards. Because your family was your universe at first, the pace at which they spoke, moved and related to one another seemed like the natural order of things. This legacy is so deeply ingrained, you may not see just how hemmed in you remain by old patterns.
