Build Self Esteem to Control Your Anxiety

People who have higher levels of self esteem tend to get less anxious and scared in social situations than those with self confidence issues. Low self esteem may be the result of previous traumatic experience, however a variety of factors combined can be symptoms of anxiety. Often, people with anxiety have self esteem issues and deep rooted feelings of unhappiness within themselves. Missing these chances may not be on top of your priority list as you tend to avoid crowd, you lose the chance of achieving your goals. You may lose the ability to maintain your goals and this can affect your emotional stability because over time you will lose self esteem. You will feel low and insecure and that will exacerbate possibly to the stage of an acute anxiety disorder.

You can recover from being at your lowest point when you eliminate all that pent up fear in your system so that you can gradually respond in healthy ways to the events of your life. Self esteem may be achieved when you control your anxiety disorder. There may be synthetic medicines to keep your self calm in times of panic attack however controlling your emotions is the natural and safest way.
