Hydrogen powered cars, or any sports cars with a hydrogen generator, and any new electric cars, are going to make the news. That's because our current interest is in saving fuel, dropping emissions, and going green. That's good, but the thing is, people aren't thinking this through.
For example, electric cars are of high interest right now. Yet batteries are made by digging into the earth, shipping ore overseas, making product in other countries, shipping it back, and then dealing with environmental issues when you are done and have to dump the dead batteries someplace.
They also aren't reliable, are very expensive, and weigh a ton. Driving an electric is even potentially dangerous, as you can't hear them. A friend saw the Tesla all-electric sports car being driven and said it was the fastest golf cart ever.
I love that people are looking for solutions, but electric cars aren't there yet. A better and more immediate remedy is a hydrogen-gas hybrid. While hydrogen only cars aren't practical right now, a hydrogen-gas hybrid car is.
This is a car that has a hydrogen generator right under the hood. No need to fill up with hydrogen. Just start the car and it starts making hydrogen fuel. In this way you can save gas, save the environment, bring emissions down to almost zero, stay safe and even look cool, too.
Who has such a dream car?
Well, I will, soon. But right now the company building it is Ronn Motors outside of Austin, Texas. They invented the coolest super green sports car on the planet called The Scorpion. That's it in the picture with me. (Photo by Brian Fitzsimmons.)
But this is actually a story about the Law of Attraction more than it is a story about green cars.
Ronn Maxwell, the company founder, attracted the idea for the car one night over dinner. He knew the problems with electrics, the need for something now with near-zero emissions, etc. He opened his mind, received what I'll call Divine Inspiration, and then took action.
Within a few months he built the prototype. Shortly after that he was on and in national magazines, showing the car at automobile shows, debuting it last November at SEMA in Las Vegas, and having celebrities place orders for it. I placed an order on the spot and will have the third car they make, due any day now.
Discovery Channel television will air a special on the Scorpion in October. You'll be able to see me in it driving the car at record speed on an airport runway while I hooped and hollered and loved it. I've driven millions of dollars worth of sports cars but the Scorpion stands head and shoulders above them all. It's fast, cool, and green. I've never seen or driven anything like it before, and I have a cool car collection.
But Ronn Motors isn't focused on making Scorpions and selling them. Instead, their car is a head turner to get you to ask what's under the hood. When you do, they tell you about their H2GO tm system - a system that can be placed on the engine of virtually any car, making it a hydrogen-gas hybrid on the spot. That's what they want to sell.
Again, you can attract anything you want when you focus on manifesting from the inside out. There are no limits - not even when it comes to solving environmental challenges like creating a car that is earth friendly yet oh so cool to drive.
PS -- If you're interested in hydrogen powered cars, an on-board hydrogen generator inside cars, or green sports cars, go see The Scorpion. The company is also on the stock exchange (symbol RNNM). If I were you, I'd invest in them.

How Self Improvement Relates To Success
How do you determine if an individual wants to attain self improvement? This may be a question without any certain answer. It will all rely on the person.
Many people have goals, dreams or ambitions however many aren't sure how to go about attaining them. They may have thought of what would create self improvement and their perfect life, however have no concept of the best ways to even begin to make the plans and take the necessary actions needed to make them a reality.
Some people have a vague concept on ways to go about self improvement. These are the ones that think that if only they had a much better caree, or had actually been given better opportunities, or fulfilled the love of their life, or whatever else, everything would be fine and they would be happy.
They feel that their happiness or absence of happiness is decided by external aspects and their ideas and actions are of little effect.
Some believe that if only they had even <a href="http://be752jzj2jji7r1bq8r8uh8ub7.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=SUBART">more cash </a>they can have whatever they want and be well on their way to self improvement.
They may have invested little time considering what they actually want from life, and do not really think there is anything they can do to produce their fuzzy variation of utopia anyway, apart from buying more lottery tickets.
Other individuals do not even know what they actually want from their lives and could even have little idea what would really make them elated . They seem to just drift from day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year, and do little more than nearly get by.
They might have seemingly protected jobs and be earning enough to live fairly comfortable lives. They seem to be happy and have no great ambition to accomplish anything more from their lives than they currently have.
Is self improvement essential?
The truth is that throughout our lives we are all constantly growing and developing. Situations make us grow and develop, even if we do not make the conscious decision to do so.
Up to a specific age, we learn through <a href="http://www.richmondblogbeast.com/clinical-depression/">formal education</a> and we continue to learn through our experiences for the rest of our lives. We need to find out and grow to handle everything that life tosses at us. All of us need to go through self improvement.
Modern life moves at a drastically much faster speed than at anytime in history. For anybody living in modern-day society there are more opportunities to do anything that you wish to do with your life than ever before.
However there is also even more competition than before, and ever altering technology indicates that there really are a small amount of, if any 'jobs for life' anymore. It is now pretty normal not just to change jobs quite often throughout our working lives, but even to totally change careers and industries.
Due to the fact that today's workplace is so competitive, individuals who are ambitious and hungry for success know they have to learn new skills and knowledge to keep ahead of the pack. To obtain this, self improvement is needed.
These are the people that will most likely keep their jobs, or be promoted within their chosen field, or that will be readily employable in different organizations or markets.
A commitment to self improvement and individual development could well be the deciding determinant how anyone's future will end up.

Top Tips For Interview Preparation
For many, job interviews can be a worrying prospect.
These days, with economic challenges, and a rise in unemployment, every interviewee has to be absolutely sure that they are putting their best foot forward in the interview process. It is often challenging to know what to expect when you have an interview, so you have to be prepared for everything that is presented. Sound impossible?
Check out these tips to help you prepare for any kind of interview.
-- Get yourself ready for the Skype interview
More and more job and business interviews are now taking place over Skype. As a person looking to be hired, you need to be sure your Skype interview blows them away. Get online 30 minutes before your interview has been scheduled.
Be sure you look as nice and presentable as you would if this was a face to face interview. Check that your camera is fully functioning and test it to see what your surroundings look like on camera. Make sure the area the camera can see is clean, tidy, cleared of any personal items, and quiet, and you're ready to go.
-- Getting the phone interview right
This alternative interview approach is being used more and more by employers seeking to save time and shortlist their list of applicants. That being said, it's essential that you make a fantastic impression as swiftly as possible. Use a reliable phone line (land lines are best, if you have access to one) and disable your call waiting. Speak slowly and articulate clearly and you'll create an excellent impression.
-- Never interupt.
With the telephone or Skype, it can often be difficult to know your cues, but as a general principle you should never interrupt the person conducting the interview. You'll want to seem to be eager and enthusiastic, as if you are truly interested in the questions being asked. Be as prepared for your phone interview as you would be if meeting in person. Prepare questions, take notes, and be confident.
-- Surviving the feared group interview
The group interview is an often dreaded technique, but you can't let yourself be thrown by this kind of interview dynamic. Stay calm and relaxed. You want to make sure that you speak and represent yourself well, but don't get caught up in competition with your other interviewees and end up grabbing the spotlight or slinking back into the wings. Don't rush to always be the first one to answer the questions. Just like an individual interview, allow yourself time to think about your answer and formulate it well. Make a list of pertinent questions and ask them during the interview. This will help set you apart from the crowd.
For any type of interview, there are a series of things you should always do, no matter what format the interview takes.
Listen well and ask questions. Carry a notepad, take notes and refer back to them if necessary. Dress to impress, even if you won't be seeing your potential employer in person. It will make you feel like the professional that you are. Remember to send a follow up thank you email after the interview. Express your thanks and your real interest in the position. Let your prospective employer know you're available for a follow-up interview if necessary.
Interviewing really doesn't need to be an ordeal. If you are well prepared then you have everything you need to make your interview a resounding success.

Social Media: Embracing Real Beauty in a Barbie Doll World
From the time a female is about three years old, she's aware of how important beauty is in the world. It could be a commercial extolling the virtues of a princess dress, "makeup salon" or tiara, or it could be the media showing perfectly beautiful little girls in perfectly done rooms playing politely with their perfectly beautiful best friend while their perfectly gorgeous moms look on adoringly. It extends to the preteen years, where television shows have the pretty girls being pop stars, singers, or fashionistas. The average looking girl is left to be cast as the nerd, or the jock and the slightly chubby girl. (Well, she's known as the "slightly chubby girl" usually.) As a teenager, the pressure increases even more. Magazines, peer pressure, television and social media create stress on young women to lose weight, wear the latest fashions, and by all means….never look less than perfect. For this reason, young girls grow up with a completely distorted view on wh
at true beauty is. They can have their family members tell them they're "beautiful no matter what," but truth be told, it more than likely goes in one ear and out the other.
Enter the world of social media and real-time commentary. While social media is sometimes viewed as a detriment to society as a whole, it has definite advantages as well. Social media is far more than just Facebook and Instagram. There are websites devoted to opening up discussions about hot-button issues going on in the world. These discussions become places for people (aka young girls) to go to talk with other people in their situation and gain positive insight. As an example, a 14-year old girl with braces on her teeth, glasses on her face and pimples on her chin might feel that she is as "un-pretty" as it gets. She knows when she gets her braces off, she'll have a beautiful smile, the pimples will go away over time as long as she takes care of herself and hey…glasses can be hip! But she needs more than just her mom, dad or best friend telling her that. She wants to talk with others around the world to see what they're going through. So she logs onto an in
teractive discussion online and she finds out that …guess what? She is NOT alone. There are hundreds, thousands…even millions of girls out there going through the very same thing she is. The Barbie look is the exception to the norm and completely unrealistic. She learns that the so-called "pretty girls" have their own hang-ups about how they view themselves. She learns that there are a handful of girls that are really okay with what they look like, and she finds that she admires those who accept it, embrace it and live life seeing the beauty inside a person before seeing the external beauty.
The effect can steamroll. As she gains confidence using these open forums, she finds herself offering advice to girls like her. She finds herself saying wise words that she once heard and soon enough, she finds herself confident, content and happy...and you know what? That type of beauty eclipses all the rest in the end.

Midwife Or Doctor? Things You Should Consider When Expecting A Baby
There are a lot of things that you do not have control of when you are pregnant, but there are a lot of ways you can stay healthy for you and the baby. Browse through the tips below to find out what you can do to take control.
Wear sunscreen if you are pregnant, regardless of whether you usually do. Tanning beds should be a no-go while pregnant. You skin is more sensitive during pregnancy and burns are more likely. If you do use a sunscreen, make sure it does not contain any chemicals that will put your baby at risk.
Use full-service gas stations while pregnant, or ask your partner or other passenger to fill the tank for you while you wait in the car. Gas fumes are not good for you or your baby. Just ask for help, don't risk it!
Make sure you're changing all litter boxes for your cat in the household. Cat feces can contain a parasite that can be dangerous to pregnant women and their unborn child. If married, then ask your spouse to change the litter, if single ask a neighbor, friend or family member to pitch in and help until you have the baby.
When you are going to have a baby, do not overlook your partner or spouse. They are most likely as nervous about the baby as you are, so they may need reassurance too. Do things together, like going for a walk or taking in a movie. Take advantage of the remaining time alone!
Should you contract a cold or virus while pregnant, consider non-medicated approaches for help. The drugs that are in over-the-counter medicine can be harmful to your fetus. You can find many natural solutions online that can relieve everything from nausea and heartburn to constipation. You should also visit your doctor to see what they suggest.
If you feel cravings, perhaps you should not fulfill all of them. Your unborn child needs to receive good nutrition through what you eat. Indulging in too many cravings will fill you up and not leave room for the healthy foods that you and your baby need to be healthy.
Stay hydrated throughout your pregnancy. If you experience diarrhea or vomiting, drink water to avoid becoming dehydrated. While diarrhea causes dehydration in everyone, it's more serious for someone who is pregnant, as you could end up being hospitalized needing an IV drip.
It is a good idea to get a head start on signing up for child birthing classes. Remember that your baby might not stick with the schedule you and your doctor have set, so do so as early as possible.
Swimming is a wonderful exercise when you're late into your pregnancy. Swimming allows your body to relax from the stress of carrying all the extra weight and allows you to work muscles you would not be able to otherwise. In addition, you will feel light as a feather in the water, which can make a pregnant woman feel amazing.
Get your things together for your trip to the hospital when you're into your third trimester. If you leave it to the last minute, you may find yourself in hospital with no personal belongings on hand. Be certain your insurance information, camera and birth plan are readily available.
You can keep wearing your regular pants for a while by simply looping an elastic hair tie through the top button hole then over the top button. With a long shirt or an elastic maternity band to cover the top of your pants, no one can tell that they are technically unbuttoned. This tip can help you to avoid having to buy a lot of clothes that you can't use in the future.
Go ahead and take some time to think about and write a birth plan. Put what you would like others to help you with on the list as well. Be sure to pack an overnight bag that includes your insurance card, camera, pre-registration forms, your birth plan and clothes to bring your new baby home in.
In conclusion, use this advice to keep your pregnancy in your control. You can begin to take positive steps to safeguard your health and the health of your baby while you wait for the big day.

The Motivated Man's Guide On How To Drop A Stink-Bomb Fart And Not Be Snubbed
You have had a terrific night and you're out socialising with some buddies, all of a sudden you get the feared tummy rumbles and a sense of bloating, and you simply understand it's going to be a real stinker and no-one is going to be prepared for your next, 'what-a-bummer' outrageous adventure. Even for today's sophisticated modern-day urban man on his 'journey of discovery' of life, this outrageous adventure is building up to a point where you will make the Mount St Helena volcanic eruption appear like a non-event ...
OUTRAGEOUS ADVENTURE #1
The most vital thing is not to bring attention to yourself. Yeah, I understand, that's about as natural for today's cool modern urban man as it is for an unpredictable procrastinator who only knows the best way to stop when the going gets challenging. 'Bottom' line, it's a typical body function and it's going to take place whether you like it or not. Besides, today's contemporary guy enjoys the smell of his own blow offs - has a genuine sense of 'guy's business' to it.
If you can't hold it in any longer, laugh with plenty of gusto as you press out your fart. Brief bursts are better than one long trumpet blow. Bear in mind that if you are near a huge window in a dining establishment, you must understand that the heat from your stink-bomb fart will shatter the window. Such is the power of the everyday elite modern-day guy 'super' <a href="http://www.survivenaturalmanmadedisasters.com/action-heroes-survival-guide/">Action Hero</a>.
If you are standing and there is a pressing need for you to pass wind, try and find a really loud crowd. Clamp the cheeks of your bum together and move rapidly in the direction of the noise, when you are there don't move until the fart has finally blown itself out. As you wait for your 'stinker' to fizzle out, take part in the chat - while they're still standing.
Loud farting in a quiet place and a stink-bomb blow off that pongs out everything within a 3 km (1.5 ml) radius will be devastating for your social standing, particularly amongst your modern guy equals. If it happens there is just one thing you can do, look really hard at any unsuspecting and gullible procrastinator that may be standing nearby and shake your head as you move quickly far away from him. Today's self-motivated ultramodern guy knows exactly how to get away with anything and still look laid-back.
Keep in mind, that a real stink-bomb of a fart can have serious repercussions. Apparently one contemporary urban man had to stop farting due to the fact that he was losing his pals. Not that they didn't want to be his close friends... the smell of his farts simply killed them.
This plainly shows that for today's real genuine urban guy - the ultimate survivor - when it comes to making an enduring and powerful aromatic impression, "You have in fact got what it takes; "don't doubt it for a moment.
If you are taking a seat and the need to blow off is making your eyes protrude, lean slightly to the side and pretend you are looking at something that has in fact caught your eye. Once you have a sufficient sideways lean that enables the free flow of your fart let it slip out in short, smelly and satisfying bursts.
Keep in mind too, that the softer the chair and the larger your modern urban man bum, will all unite to help quieten your fart. Much better yet, if you have a good size rear-end, the fart kind of forms a bubble that will get stuck up in the cheeks of your bum. Then it's just a matter of understanding how to carry your stench-bomb into a neutral zone that will quickly become a, 'quiet-and-smelly-is-the-new-beautiful' fart area, and then launch it at your leisure. This is the supreme extravagance for today's authentic modern-day bloke - the 'ultimate' survivor, in smart, social fart disposal.
Now you have another 'smell-the-roses' outrageous experience to include your "Modern Man's Journey Of Discovery Survival Guide Handbook".
Lastly, once you have learnt the different release strategies of satisfying fart dumping, you will have a significant and unwavering knowledge that despite the next outrageous experience in your life's 'journey of discovery', you can survive it - even a genuine <a href="http://www.survivenaturalmanmadedisasters.com">scary disaster or emergency situations</a> like a devastating tsunami or a potentially hazardous and catastrophic engine failure in a passenger plane, and like an unexpected 'explosive' fart that erupts with the quickness of an indifferent procrastinator leaving a 'Motivation and Self-Improvement' workshop ... it can happen with little or no warning.

Time Management Tips - How To Sharpen Scheduling Skills Using 5 Intuitive Tools
Time management tips that are heart-based never turn you into a drone. Quite the contrary - you function at peak productivity when vital and proactive. Heart-based time management helps you build capacity by going deep. Start by exploring 5 tips to sharpen your scheduling skills with intuition.
Make the Calendar Grid a Canvas for Your Creativity
Believe it or not, one of the best partners to intuition is the common calendar grid. By providing you with an overview, it enables you are creative right brain to excel at creating productive patterns. Make the most of this is your working to create effective systems.
Your intuition is a genius of balance. On a subconscious level, it coordinates the competing rhythms of your day. It enables you to remain resilient rather than to overextend yourself. These five approaches to discern significant patterns as you use your calendar for scheduling.
1. Color Codes Coordinate.
Color-coding is a fast and accurate way to get an instant overview and side-step double booking. You might consider color coordinating action steps of distinct projects so that you can trace their paths quickly as you scan your month.
2. Perceiving Patterns Protects Priorities.
Which tasks recur cyclically? How do these cycles coordinate or clash with other cycles? For example, one evening activity might meet every other Wednesday, while a second one meets every fourth Wednesday. You will either have lots of schedule conflicts or none, and it will show up immediately on your calendar.
Many electronic devices only project ahead for set intervals like two weeks, monthly, etc. For other rhythms, a large desk calendar with colored markers is invaluable to chart your month's progression. The earlier you catch potential collisions, the more options you can explore.
3. Synchronize Your Steps.
It's often a challenge to juggle our personal and professional lives. Have you ever noticed how the emerging and receding demands almost seemed to form a dance of priorities? As you further develop your scheduling skills, develop some code to prioritize your projects as you said them down in your calendar. A visual symbol can communicate any other essential details that may be difficult to chart using standard calendar apps.
As much as possible, chunk down each project into action steps that you enter into your calendar. Then you can better coordinate how to group activities for your maximum effectiveness.
4. Stay on Schedule Using Soft Deadlines.
Soft deadlines are due dates ahead of your final deadline. By focusing on your soft deadlines, you maximize your chance of staying on schedule, even if faced by setbacks.
5. To Energize, Enlist Your Intuition.
Burnout develops when you focus on the specific individual parts of your projects and neglect your health, values and personal welfare in general. Again, your intuition is a priceless ally to keep you whole and effective, not disconnected and exhausted. Remember to schedule in time to recharge your batteries along with everything else. Color-code it prominently! Then, your calendar supports your overall well-being as well as your productivity.
Using these tips consistently takes willpower. In times of stress, it's easy to clench and shut down. Breathing becomes shallow. Responses become rote. Don't fall into this trap! To maintain balance every time, use these intuitive scheduling tools as the allies they are. Remember, you magnify your power by aligning right and left-brain strengths with your top priorities. Then you know you make the very most of your time!

The Secret of Wealth Attraction
Copyright (c) 2014 Joe Vitale
How do you use the the law of abundance and the law of attraction to attract money or attract wealth?
Wealth attraction is all about understanding the hidden secret of money.
In short, money will match your mindset.
Let me repeat that:
Money will match your mindset.
You need to understand that you have a mindset toward money. It is in your unconscious. It is either attracting or repelling money to you. Change that mindset and you can have more money. I'll be explaining all of this in my next book, Attract Money Now, but let me talk about this a little right now.
Recently I went to Ohio and witnessed a meeting designed to end poverty. It's working, too. It's the heart-child and brain-child of Scott Miller, who wrote the mind-stretching book, Until It's Gone.
Scott teaches people in poverty that they have a hidden mindset toward money that is keeping them broke. They think in terms of scarcity, panic, fear, threat, lack and limitation. They also think in terms of victimhood.
But people in the middle class have a mindset toward money, too. They think a little more broadly, but still think in terms of limitations and fears. People in poverty can't see past the fear of the moment. People in middle class can't see beyond the job wage they get.
Wealthy people also have a mindset toward money. They may think more abundantly, but often they aren't thinking of others. They, like most people, are focused on their survival, only on a more luxurious level.
In order to attract money or attract wealth, you have to awaken from your unconscious programming. The secret to using the law of abundance or law of attraction is to expand your relationship to money and wealth. Become aware of the hidden beliefs and then change them.
Here are three ways to do just that:
1. Get The Secret to Attracting Money. This is my in-depth audio program on attracting money. It contains everything from a money attraction IQ test to a practical and spiritual system for becoming a money magnet. It works.
2. Get my free book Attract Money Now. I'm writing this to help you. I plan to give it away. It will reveal a proven seven step formula for attracting money that will work for anyone who uses it. Yes, even you.
3. Get a Miracles Coach. Nothing works faster or better than having a coach. This is the #1 secret to success of every major player you can name. Get a coach and transform your life.
In short, you can attract more money -- a wonderful tool for helping yourself and others -- by simply becoming more awake. And you begin the process of awakening by taking action right now.
What are you going to do next?
PS - You can implement the law of abundance and law of attraction to attract money or attract wealth by using this secret: take action. Most people don't. Go get my next book -- it's free -- Attract Money Now.

Enter An Open Forum About Barbie-Girl Body Image
Barbie and body dysmorphia is a hot topic of debate, especially in <a href="http://www.tawkers.com">social media</a>. Women's rights activists and psychologists alike are concerned with how the unrealistic physical proportions promoted by the popular Barbie doll are negatively affecting young girls. The question up for social discussion is what the fundamental problem really is: young girls' internalizing the image or society fixating on a toy?
The argument is whether Barbie is just a toy, or more than just a symbol of consumerism. Has she psychologically influenced young girls' impression of what they should look like and achieve when they grow into adult women? One claim is that the effect is absolutely negative. Aside from a predetermined visage of "beauty", the doll makes young girls self-conscious about their bodies as compared to the unrealistic "ideal" of Barbie's proportions. A study in Psychology found that low self-esteem and desire for a particularly thin body shape was more prevalent for girls ages 5-8 who were exposed to images of Barbie, as opposed to those who were not, or who were exposed to images of Emme dolls (US size 16). The fear here is the early exposure will lead to eventual propensity for eating disorders or weight cycling associated with Barbie-girl ideals.
The psychological condition itself is called "body dysmorphic disorder." Sounds serious, if you ask me. It is serious … especially if this condition leads some women to physically change their body shape and features via surgical alterations. It is not just Barbie to blame, however. The images of the "ideal woman" saturate today's marketing and are prevalent in female celebrities and models that these young girls admire. Barbie is just one of them.
This topic of the psychological effect of Barbie-like images on young women and healthy body image is being actively discussed in <a href="http://www.tawkers.com">open forums</a> on the internet. Fortunately, today's online discussion format gives everyone involved in the debate sites or outlets to investigate this issue. The interactive discussions enable people to join in, ranging from doll designers amd manufacturers to activists to young women. These types of discussions are a necessary step if we want to answer questions like: who is responsible for promoting healthy body image? Or how can we fix the body image issue?
Some claim that Barbie was never meant to have real proportions. That is all well and good, except for Barbie is marketed as the ideal for what is considered beautiful for a woman. Young girls do not understand that this "ideal" may be unobtainable without surgical alteration. What about teaching an appreciation of natural beauty? Some brands are more recently attempting to portray real women in their media for just this reason. They should be commended. What about the "real proportions" Barbie? Changing such an icon is a challenging notion, though it may be simple in practice. As someone who grew up with Barbie in my toy chest, I think the new image is ironically something that will take some getting used to for all of us, but it is a step in the right direction to empower young and impressionable minds.

Discover The One Proven Key You Really Must Know To Survive A Devastating Hurricane Storm
HURRICANE (CYCLONE) STORM
"The Category 5 hurricane storm tore through the shoreline and slammed into the coastal city with the crushing force of over one hundred freight locomotives. As the frightened family huddled together the howling winds made it difficult to talk and be heard ... and the total darkness that had enveloped them, threatened to crush the hope out of their weary bodies".
To help you acquire a significant benefit in surviving lethal natural catastrophes, such as an immense hurricane or cyclone storm, below is the one proven fact you MUST understand to survive any catastrophe, natural or in life itself.
SURVIVAL FACT: Attitude Is Everything.
Effective attitude is the most essential word in the survival language. Effective attitude is a way of thinking or a decision you make. You decide to be confident or negative, to learn or remain ignorant, and to be a survivor in life or not. Skill, knowledge and experience in natural disaster scenarios are vital, however attitude is everything. You can have all you need in emergency preparedness and the ideal action plan of survival when you find yourself threatened by a terrible natural catastrophe or man caused emergency - but, without the right attitude, it'll all come to zip ...
So, how do you prepare yourself and your household to make it through a major catastrophe like the indescribable ferocity of a <a href="http://www.survivenaturalmanmadedisasters.com">tropical hurricane storm</a> before it hits? You require the right mindset together with an easy action plan. Skill, knowledge and experience in life's emergency situations are vital, but attitude is everything.
Now listen closely ...
In severe conditions the ability to make frequent life-saving and important survival decisions depend on you having a right mindset that is concentrated on persuasive and effective confident thought patterns.
In a natural disaster or a daily-life terrifying emergency incident we can discover our 'survival' thought patterns are normally uncertain and concentrated internally on ourselves (taking a look at the trouble) and are mostly subconscious, suggesting they have the tendency to be automatic reactions that are based on psychological sensations (worry, confusion, anxiety) with little 'thinking' behind them.
However, positive 'survival' thought patterns in a disaster circumstance are normally focused externally on our enfolding situation (finding an option) and are primarily mindful, indicating they are made by a definitive effort of will based on recognized truths with accurate 'thought patterns' (simple strategy) behind them, giving you 'control' over how you act decisively as a survivor - even in the confusion and havoc of a fiercely devastating tropical hurricane.
Needless to state, positive thought patterns are more reliable with better outcomes than indecisive thought patterns plus, in life's vocabulary you need to get rid of indecisive words like, 'Can't', 'Shouldn't', 'Wouldn't' or 'Don't' and replace them with empowering words like, 'Can', 'Will', 'Try' and 'Do'.
Our uncertain belief patterns tend to be the 'default' program of our thinking; they simply immediately kick-in and start affecting our actions. Nonetheless, positive belief patterns take a conscious and decisive effort to become our 'default' program of thinking in how the best ways are to survive a natural or life defining catastrophe.
Remember, as you think ... so it is with you.
To discipline ourselves to knowingly be concentrated on confident survival thought patterns, as opposed to dropping into our 'automatic default' negative thinking patterns, is to think externally (focus on facts, not feelings) and to act promptly on our basic strategy.
Selecting a necessary 'strategy' combined with the right attitude will offer you and your household a considerable benefit in being prepared and all set to live through a <a href="http://www.survivenaturalmanmadedisasters.com">hurricane storm</a> that can rip a city apart or in reality, daily life itself.

How To Boost Your Self Esteem With Breast Lift Surgery
As a woman gets older, it's just natural that her breasts will begin to droop, however, some have a tendency to droop way farther than others due to extreme weight loss or a previous pregnancy. There doesn't seem to be any exercise or herbal medication that is able to counteract this natural process and therefore many women turn to breast lift surgery in order to restore their breasts to their original, younger looking, position. Breast lift surgery has become more popular as of late because of the increasing numbers of baby boomers having hit middle age. This breast lift surgery sometimes includes implants but not always. Let's take a look at the procedure itself, the benefits of the procedure, and the time required to recover in more detail.
In order to have a <a href="http://www.iwantbigbreasts.com/breast-implants-surgery-information-on-breast-implants-surgery/">breast lift surgery procedure</a> done, the woman will need to undergo general anesthesia and be under for approximately 4 hours. During the procedure doctors will remove some underlying breast tissue, raise some breast tissue, and then reshape the tissue in order to give a more youthful and firm breast. Many times the areolas are also reduced in size by removing skin around the perimeter and are also raised to a slightly higher position to appear more youthful. Then excess skin is removed in order to tighten the area, which compensates for the lack of elasticity due to age. There are very few complications associated with this type of surgery and normally no further treatment is needed other than a final checkup. Breast lift surgery is usually not recommended for women that are not finished having babies as the tightened skin doesn't stretch well a
nd may become a problem when breasts become enlarged due to the incoming milk..
After having <a href="http://www.iwantbigbreasts.com/breast-implants-surgery-information-on-breast-implants-surgery/">breast lift surgery women</a> should severely limit their lifting and upper body movements for at least two weeks to avoid having complications due to aggravating the tissues prior to healing. And, she should also understand that, after a period of about 10 years, another similar procedure will be needed, depending on how healthy a lifestyle she has maintained in the meantime. Large weight fluctuations can accelerate the stretching and drooping and cause an earlier return to surgery.
In order to choose the best physician for your breast lift surgery it's important that you do proper research both online and by word-of-mouth. Begin by checking with any friends, relatives or neighbors who have had successful breast lift surgery in the past to see if they have a good doctor they recommend, or quite possibly one they don't recommend as well. Then, go online and find the websites of the doctors on your list making sure to read their client testimonials as well as negative feedback in order to rule out doctors with ongoing problems. On the website the doctor's qualifications and certifications should be well noted, but if not, move on quickly to a different doctor. Then, make an appointment for a free initial consultation with several of the doctors to get a feel for how well they know their business, and how comfortable you are with them in person as well.
As you can see, while breast lift surgery is considered a major surgery, it is not overly complicated and is quite commonly done. If you do your research and choose an excellent surgeon, you're very likely to be completely satisfied and gain a large boost to your self-esteem due to a greatly improved body image.
Responsibilities of a Clinical Psychologist
Clinical psychology is a field of psychology related to the evaluation and therapy for mental infirmity, psychiatric issues and irregular behavior. The discipline focuses on treatment of multifaceted human problems that have something to do with emotions.
A clinical psychologist reviews mental health and human behavior by monitoring, translating and documenting relationships of individuals with one another and their environment. Psychologists search for patterns that will help them understand and explain an individual's behavior, with the use of scientific methods, and principles to corroborate their ideas. A psychologist utilizes well-researched techniques to improve the psychological well-being his patients.
A clinical psychologist deals with concerns involving bereavement, divorce or separation, melancholy, addiction, abnormal eating habits and problems in relationships. However, one thing these psychologists cannot do is to issue any drugs to patients. The therapists work with physicians and psychiatrists for carrying out medicine-based solutions.
A clinical psychologist can practice in the following fields: research, academe and therapy. A lot of them are practicing psychologists which mainly involve diagnosis and therapy. He also conducts rigorous tests and observational interviews before they can give an accurate diagnosis of their patients.
He also suggests preventive solutions to patients who have behavioral problems. He deals openly with people of all ages, from babies to elderly folks. He also works with groups and families using techniques in assessment. These techniques are aimed at improving the patient's mental health and reducing his / her anxiety.
Some psychologists who are into research work mostly in labs, conducting experiments with the help of the latest technology. They study behavior through regulated laboratory experiments, artificially-induced hypnosis and psychoanalysis. The other methods that these social scientists use are interviews, feedback forms, scientific studies and surveys. They also conduct observations for cause-and-effect relationships and various behaviors of patients.
A psychologist is also trained in various disciplines such as research, education, assessment, consultation, program development, public policy and other initiatives that focus on the promotion of psychological welfare. He / She has undergone sufficient formal schooling and practical training. This rigid form of education gives a specialist the capacity to incorporate science with professional knowledge and skills to upgrade his practice.
Patients may be endorsed to medical practitioners or psychiatrists for further evaluation and behavioral assessment. There are various kinds of treatment methods based on evidence at hand. These are expected to assist patients in prevailing over present troubles. Such procedures are used during individual sessions with patients.

When Disaster Strikes: A Farmer's Tale
Once upon a time in a rural Chinese village, there was an old man who people considered very wise. They trusted his judgment and frequently came to him with their questions and concerns.
One day a poor farmer approached the man with a terrible dilemma. "Oh wise man, help me," he pleaded. "A horrible thing has happened. My ox died, and now I have no animal to help me plow my field! Isn't this just the worst thing that could have happened?" The wise man replied by saying, "maybe so, and then again, maybe not." Irritated that the man didn't seem to grasp the seriousness of his predicament, her rushed back home and told all this neighbors that the wise man had lost his marbles.
Yet as life would have it, the first thing the following day, a healthy, strong horse meandered onto the man's property. Staring at this majestic beast, it occurred to him that he could tame this horse and hitch it up to the plow. This ended up being a far more efficient way to plow the fields than his old, slow ox. So he returned to the wise man and offered his apologies, confessing that he had been wrong to doubt his wisdom, Losing the ox had turned out to be a hidden blessing! Surely now, however, the elder must agree that this was certainly just about the best thing that could have happened.
"Maybe it is," the wise man replied. "But then again, maybe it is not." This statement made the farmer even angrier than he was before. He took off in a tizzy, thinking the wise man was merely jealous of his good fortune.
The farmer went about his business and forgot about the wise man's comment. The next day, however an unfortunate thing happened. The farmer's lad was atop this new horse when it bucked. The boy was tossed to the earth and broke his leg. This was indeed a disaster! Now the farmer had nobody to help him harvest his crops, which meant they could rot in the fields, causing his family to go hungry. More distraught than ever, the farmer headed back to the elder again, hoping for some sympathy. "How could you have known that this horse was a bad thing?" he asked. "Your wisdom must know no limits. Now however, you must surely admit that this development has got to be the WORST THING that ever did happen." The wise man answered with his typical candor. "Perhaps it is, but on the other hand, perhaps it's not." Furious, the farmer rushed away in disbelief.
A week later, government troops arrived to canvas the village. They took every able-bodied man of a certain age to be drafted into the war that had just broken out. All the new recruits from this village were sent to the front line, where each and every on was cut down in battle. But because the farmer's son had broken his leg the week earlier, he alone was spared and could now carry on the family name.
Prophets of Disaster.
The moral of the story is this: We often spend an enormous amount of time and energy fretting future catastrophes which never arrive. Life throws us a curveball that interferes with our plans, and we automatically assume the worst. Psychologists call this "fortune telling," and it can add a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety to our lives.
Our brains are anxiety machines by nature. But recognizing this tendency in ourselves can help buffer against this natural inclination.
The truth is that some of our best experiences and most wonderful opportunities arise from what at first seem like terrible developments. An unwanted move, a lost job . . . many things which turn out to be a stepping stone in our lives seem like a disastrous setback at the time.
We don't ever know how things will turn out:. Ever. In fact, studies show we aren't very good at predicting what's best for us in the first place. What people assume will make them happy often doesn't, and what they overlook or see as negative or insignificant often turns out to have a positive impact on their lives. Therefore these goals of ours that we fret so much about aren't necessarily even pointing us in the right direction to begin with.
So the next time life throw you a curveball and your mind is telling you how disastrous this development will be, you have two choices. Either run around in despair like the man in the story, fretting that the sky is falling, or just shrug your shoulders and say, "maybe, maybe not."

How to Forgive a Shark
When six year old Lucy Magnum was bitten by a shark as she boogie-boarded in the shallow waters off the North Carolina coast, she was understandably upset. Thanks to her parents, who acted quickly to get her out of the water and applied pressure to the wound, Doctor's were able to save her leg.
Recovering from her wounds in the hospital, Lucy angrily declared: "I hate sharks. I like dolphins way better." But once her parents explained that the shark had simply made a mistake and didn't know she was a human when it bit her, her attitude changed: "I don't care that the shark bit me," she told her mother. "I forgive him."
This cute and amusing story nicely pictures an important principle of psychological healing. The way you picture and explain an experience to a child can completely alter their emotional reaction to it.
People can behave like sharks sometimes in that they often make mistakes that can cause others a great deal of pain and suffering. Yet how you explain those things -- as either the product of intentional malice or the misunderstanding and imperfections of flawed humans -- will determine whether a child finds a quick psychological recovery, or stays stuck in a ruminative state of negative emotions that stays with them well into the future.
Children will suffer injustices in their lives at the hands of others. Yet when they do, parents routinely cause their child far more harm than the event they are concerned about by modeling reactions that teach them a negative, stigmatizing or destructive way of relating to that event. Remember this: while experiences are limited in nature, a child's interpretation of that experience, which is largely garnered by the attitude of adults, will endure well into the future. Whether a child continues to be bothered by a negative experience often has little to do with the event itself, and everything with how parents teach them to relate to that event.
As this shark mistook this child for a source of food, sometimes people make mistakes in the way they behave. Just as it feels worse to believe a mean-spirited shark is out to deliberately ruin our day at the beach by trying to eat you, it feels worse when parents react to their child's bad experiences with explanations of intentional malice from others. So be very careful how you teach children to see their world. You want them to live where good people sometimes make mistakes, not in a world where people are always out to get them.
Let's examine several ways to apply this story to our own lives.
Look for the innocence in others.
As we live our lives, we should always look for the good in others, as opposed to searching for injustice. As Lucy's anger against the shark disappeared when her parents explained a more innocent view of the shark's action, so to can our own anger dissipate when we try to understand the innocence in other people's actions. Psychiatrist Dr. Richard Carlson says, "I have found that, if you look deeply enough, you can almost always see the innocence in other people as well as in potentially frustrating situation. When you do, you will become a more patient and peaceful person . . ." *
Distinguishing between result and intent.
Do not assume that other people do hurtful things with the intent of hurting us. This is rarely the case. The hurt we cause one another is almost always an accidental outcome, just like the shark bites.
Understanding the needs of others.
Remember that behind every hurtful deed is an unfulfilled need. Just like hungry sharks that take a bite out of little girls, the hurtful behavior of others is always driven by a desire to fill some perceived need. We should always recognize their needs and desires as legitimate and worthwhile, even if some of the ways they go about trying to fulfill that need are not. Every action of every person is merely an attempt to either seek pleasure or avoid pain. Just as it's silly to hold a grudge against an animal that mistakes us for a meal, it's rather pointless to hold grudges against people who are merely trying to go about the job of securing happiness in the best way they know how at that particular time.

Real-Time Commentary About A Real Time Problem
Everybody talks about how, despite the recent economic issues we have been dealing with and the growing political uncertainties in the Middle East and with Russia and the Ukraine, we are living in one of the greatest eras of humanity, thanks to the advances that social media offers us. This is certainly true for many reasons, but the fact is that not everything that it offers us is advantageous. Thanks to the anonymity that the internet offers us, there have numerous occasions cited where interactive discussions and <a href="http://www.tawkers.com">real-time commentary</a> have turned ugly. Bullying has gone from the oversized kid pushing you down in the playground and stealing your money to voices chiming in from around the world commenting on how fat you look in a picture you just posted on your social media app. It is this very judgmental nature that puts pressure on girls and young women to mistreat their bodies in an effort to attain an unrealistic physicality. By focusi
ng so much on their appearance, they diminish their own self-esteem, they devalue other aspects of their personality and they ultimately drive themselves into depression.
Thankfully many women are taking back the streets, as it were, by creating online discussions where women discuss Barbie doll body image in a safe environment. These open forums serve as a place where they can talk openly about why they feel the need to look a certain way and get the support to help them feel better about who they are as a person. Just as importantly, it helps to open up the discussion as to why so many women feel this way in the first place. Is this something that is created very early on in life by playing with an idealized doll that has unrealistic proportions and told that is what it means to be beautiful? Or does it come as girls get older and are introduced to fashion magazines that promote stick thin models, advertisements that focus on beauty product after beauty product, and movies and television shows where the beautiful girl gets the good looking guy and her less attractive best friend supposedly is happy for them? The truth is probably somewhere
in the middle, but it will be discovered sooner rather than later, now that social media and interactive discussions are finally around to help foster the conversation.
Now the girl that feels like an outcast doesn't have to feel like she is alone, because now she can be connected with a million girls around the world who feel just like she does. She can learn to recognize she is beautiful not because of how she looks but because of who she is, and in turn she can go to open forums and be the voice that someone else was to her. She can use <a href="http://www.tawkers.com">social media</a> to mentor another girl who feels lost in the world, and slowly we can truly make this the greatest era of humanity.

The Thank You Jacket
Copyright (c) 2014 Joe Vitale
One way to attract money or attract wealth (or attract anything else) is to practice gratitude and appreciation so you can experience transformation right now. The following true story illustrates what I mean…
Six months ago I ordered a handmade leather fanny pack from I Medici Firenze, a store in Chicago that sells goods from Florence, Italy. The item had to be specially made for me, since at the time my waist was bigger than the average fanny.
There were numerous delays, and by the time the fanny pack arrived -- six months after I had ordered it -- I had lost fifty pounds, including ten inches off my waist.
Obviously, the item didn't fit. I was now too slim for it. But I didn't think much of it and just let it go.
A few weeks ago I was back in Chicago. I decided to return to the store and thank the owner for delivering the item, even though it was six months late and no longer the right size. Still, I was grateful I got my order. I wanted to show my appreciation by making a personal appearance in her store. I wanted to say thank you.
She wasn't there. I wandered around, lusted over all the leather handbags, messenger bags, laptop bags, fanny packs and such, and enjoyed seeing the goods and breathing in the leather.
As I explored the store, I noticed a man's leather jacket on a rack. It was the only one there. The store doesn't sell clothing, so this was an oddity.
I thought it looked great, felt it and admired the softness of it, but let it be. I didn't need a jacket. And it's warm outside in both Chicago and Texas these days. I'd probably not wear it for a while.
But Peter Wink, my company's vice-president of marketing, also saw the jacket. Peter's got an eye for good clothes. He asked me to try it on. I did. To my surprise, it fit like it was tailor-made for me.
Peter, who dresses like he's being photographed for GQ magazine every day, said the jacket looked stunning on me. He said, "There are good jackets, great jackets, and then that jacket."
I asked for the price. It was fair. But my intuition said I could get it for less.
I asked the clerk to call the owner on the phone. He did.
I then told the owner how I only came in to thank her for the delivery of the fanny pack, how it didn't fit, etc. I went on to tell her about the jacket. I wondered what the lowest price for it would be.
She gave me a terrific discount and I walked out wearing that jacket.
Please note the lesson:
I didn't go into that store to buy a jacket.
I only went in to say thank you.
I only went in to say thank you for an item that took six months to arrive and was the wrong size, but I walked out wearing one of the finest leather jackets of my life - bought at a discount.
This is the power of gratitude and appreciation.
If you want to attract money or attract wealth (or attract a cool new jacket), you need to say "thank you" all the time, for every moment, no matter how you are judging it.
The more you practice appreciation, the more you will learn how the law of attraction really works.
Thank you.

Thank you.

A Journey Of Progression For The Motivated UltraModern Man
Ok, I hear you asking. Exactly what certifies this person to speak about a 'journey of discovery' for the innovative and inspired modern-day man? Well, believe it or not - I am the first modern-day guy.
How can I make such an audacious statement? Easy ...
Follow me, as I share with you the start of my 'trip of discovery' to becoming an actual modern man - the 'ultimate' survivor in today's procrastinating world.
Everything began at the tender age of just 9 months, here I was in mum's womb all comfortable and cosy, but bored with simply floating around all day. Then a sensation of intense anticipation came on me and I recognized that the time had in fact come for my first outrageous adventure in my 'trip of discovery' as a modern-day man.
So feeling around for what I can utilize in my very first 'outrageous' experience as a determined and modern infant, I spotted my umbilical cord. It was long, tough, thick and pliable. I got it, wrapped it around my feet and wiggled into a standing position. Taking a huge breath, I shouted with all my might, "B-U-N-G-E-E-E-E"!!! And out I popped ... Thus was documented the world's very first bungee jump.
Over the years that followed, as I grew from boyhood to manhood, and progressed on my inspired outrageous journeys in my 'journey of discovery' as a modern-day 'supreme' survivor, I canoed throughout the Sahara desert, climbed Mt Everest from the inside, and established that elite group of <a href="http://www.survivenaturalmanmadedisasters.com/action-heroes-survival-guide/">'Action Heroes'</a> today's real, 'super' modern men, and I was the very first to break the 700mph (1,170 km/h) land speed record while pushing the automobile in my first 'radical' journey.
In my next 'outrageous' adventure I became the original surfer too. It happened when I was sailing a small wooden yacht that became smashed off the coastline of some isolated islands. Here I was up to my neck in water and going nowhere quick. Next minute a big piece of the yacht's wooden wreckage floated by, so being a confident and highly strong-minded modern man, I climbed onto it then stood upright - as it seemed the natural thing to do.
So exactly what took place next?
Well, here I was keeping steady on this sizeable piece of wood and I hear this 'rushing' sound behind me, I look over my shoulder and racing toward me is a tsunami wave. Hey! This one is huge! I did the only thing today's pioneering guy would have done, I 'rode' it for over 100km's (60miles), right onto shore. What an adrenaline rush!
It was then I recognized that after making it through such a, 'that-made-me-stand-up-and-take-notice' outrageous journey, I may well <a href="http://www.survivenaturalmanmadedisasters.com">survive any super-scary natural disaster or emergency situation</a>.
Not long after that 'outrageous' experience, I heard that some individual in Hawaii had actually found that piece of wood wreckage I had utilized, and formed the front and back and called it a 'surf board'. Apparently he became quite famous ...
To put of all my modern guy 'outrageous' experiences into "The Modern Man's Journey Of Discovery Survival Guide Handbook", would fill a city library - and those books would have to be written in small print ...
One final word, I hope by showing you a few of my modern man 'outrageous' experiences that it will influence you to begin your 'journey of discovery' of life, and develop into today's innovative modern guy - the 'ultimate' survivor. So prepare to impress your companions, intrigue woman, terrify the canine and live a life worth living!
