Supplie

Dear Partner
My Name is Miss ANA ORTIZ, I represent a Manufacturing Company here in The United States of America, for more information please visit http://www.mannaindustriess.com/People

I hope you don't misunderstand or misinterpret my email as the reason I choose to contact you is a genuine and legal reason which will bring you no harm but profit, if we work hand in hand, together, towards the common profitable goal, we will not only be creating a lasting profit business bond, but we will be profit partners for life.

The Company I represent is currently looking for suppliers of 2-Acetyl pyrazine Acetylpyrazine and Pharmaceutical Intermediates Ritalinic acid, both are harmless chemical agents we use in the production of most of our cosmetics, hair and skin care organic products and we do make these orders on a very large scale. Our company purchase the 2-Acetyl pyrazine Acetylpyrazine for $550 per kg and the Pharmaceutical Intermediates Ritalinic acid for $450 per kg. The last supplier we had was from China and due to the USA-China trade wars, our company is no longer dealing with China and are looking for other sources for these and other raw materials.

If you are still reading and are interested, I found a supplier in Singapore but I have not made contact yet as my company usually pay on site, which leaves me in a very difficult position. If I should introduce my Company to the supplier, I will make little or no profit from the deal, as I will be sidelined.

But, if you can get the products from the supplier in Singapore after I must have introduced you to our Company as the new supplier and after you must have received the Purchase Order, our Company will come to you to inspect, pay cash and carry the product themselves, so you don't have to worry about shipping or anything, all you have to do is make sure you have the products in the quantity agreed upon and guess what, the Supplier in Singapore is selling the 2-Acetyl pyrazine Acetylpyrazine for $130 per kg and the Pharmaceutical Intermediates Ritalinic acid for $120 per kg.

If you are still reading and want to know more, then here is my email only if you are ana794950@gmail.com

I will be waiting
Thank you for your Trust and Understanding.

Creating Pathways to Happiness

Like all living things, we have survival instincts.

Innately, it seems, our brain wants to hold onto negative experiences. In order to survive, we need to learn from those things that have had a negative impact and attempt not to repeat them.

This might be good for the survival of the species, yet as individuals we must not only learn, but also find a way to mentally let go of the negatives, or we won't be able to move into a happier, more positive future.

The flip side of this is that good experiences tend to pass through our memories far too quickly -- unless we are mindful of them.

Taking a moment to appreciate good things will help to cement them in our minds. This is an essential step in learning to calm your mind.

A good place to begin is to focus on the 'small' things that bring you happiness. We want to create a stockpile of these and the good feelings they produce, and hold them in reserve.

Perhaps your happy moments include a sunny day, a great book, or a private joke with a friend or family member.

University of California, Berkley neuropsychologist Dr. Rick Hanson advocates the idea of replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts so that we refocus and retrain our brains. Hanson stresses the importance of being mindful of both positive and negative experiences, as both can be instructive.

His technique for changing the brain requires acknowledging -- not denying or suppressing -- the negative feeling, and taking time to experience the loss, the frustration, the pain.

Once the negative is fully realized and understood, which could take only a moment for small stressors or much longer for deep grief (although good therapy can accelerate this process), the next step is to find a way to minimize or let go of the negative.

Relax a little, take a deep breath, use your imagination to draw a mental circle around any harmful thoughts, as if placing them in a balloon, and then release them, letting them float off and leave. Perhaps cry a little. Tears can have a wonderful, healing, therapeutic effect, and they can be shed by the emotion of happiness as well as sadness.

After you're able to let go of the negative, it's time to shift your focus to something positive. Perhaps it's a happy memory of someone you're grieving, or remembering a frustrating project from the past that you've finally completed successfully.

By taking just a little step back, learning to interrupt the negative and shift the mind to something more positive, we can retrain our brains to access more happiness.

Genetics and innate impulses can be tempered with a little training and some thoughtful effort. By regularly using our mind and our brain to access more positive states, we can create fresh neural pathways and so alter the way we function and feel. To use the language of neuroscience, 'neurons that fire together wire together.'

Our brain has an amazing capacity for learning, and it's up to us to teach our own brain the pathways to happiness.

The 6 Habits That Lead To Happiness

So often we count what is missing from our lives, focusing on what is not there.

In doing this, we create a form of "negative hallucination," a state of mind that blinds us to so much of what is actually there -- a really self-defeating way to pass our days.

By dwelling on what we lack we create feelings of deprivation and unhappiness that can eclipse the spirit and block our ability to experience the simple joy of being alive.

If we really do want to live a more fulfilled and joyful life then cultivating a sense of gratitude is a key ingredient. Gratitude for all that we have, for all that is there, brings with it a deeper appreciation of life itself.

Research has shown (1) that gratitude is an essential element in our ability to experience genuine happiness.

Change Your MInd

Not only that, but expressing gratitude can help change your mind in a positive way, and actually have a physical affect on the brain, changing it in positive ways.

Gratefulness and life satisfaction just seem to go hand in hand (2).

Here are six habits that grateful people cultivate. They are the keys to increased joy and contentment.

1. Grateful people do not expect life to give them every single thing they desire. They live with the understanding that no one can have everything they want, when they want it, and that this is okay. They are appreciative of all they have, and are less likely to envy what others have.

2. Grateful people take nothing for granted. They do their best to see the positive outcome in situations and experiences and are not afraid to work towards those outcomes. They do not take the good things in their lives for granted.

3. Grateful people work with things as they are. They do not insist that conditions be exactly right before they can be happy. Appreciative of all they have, they accept life's shortcomings, while working on their own, and welcome joy and happiness into their lives unconditionally.

4. Grateful people realize that they cannot have the sunshine without also having the rain. They understand that no one can live in a perpetual state of happiness, accepting that difficult times will sometimes come. They have learned to respect and be grateful for life in all its diversity.

5. Grateful people cultivate flexible thinking habits. They have learned to adapt to life circumstances and can adjust their thinking to the situation. Gratitude and rigid thinking make a poor fit, and so they make allowances for other people's perceptions and opinions.

6. Grateful people do not define themselves by their regrets. They appreciate their abilities while working to improve them, accepting responsibility for their actions while working towards their positive future. Cultivate these habits of gratitude and you really will reap some wonderful benefits.

What are you waiting for? Why not start right now!

Tips To Help You Become A Better Parent

Raising a child is hard work, and no amount of advice or preparation can change that. Preparation and knowledge can have an effect, though, on the results that hard parenting work brings. A helpful tip at the right time can make the parenting process much easier. Continue reading to get a few tips that might <a href="http://www.earlypregnant.com/early-ovulation">solve some child-rearing problems.</a>

If you clear a spot on the kitchen countertop, next to the sink, you can lay your child on a towel there and wash his hair and scalp under the faucet. This can help alleviate the fear of being dunked and their dislike of water in their face.

While your kids need your time too, you still need "you" time. This helps you keep your individuality, <a href="http://www.earlypregnant.com">while also being a great parent.</a>

If there are children living under your roof, avoid smoking indoors. It might be a good time to think about quitting once and for all. Inhaling secondhand smoke can be just as harmful as smoking cigarettes. Second-hand smoke exposure can lead to asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory problems for children.

Each child is different from the next. A strategy that worked wonders on one child can be totally ineffectual on another. This will include reward as well as discipline style. You have to remember all the techniques you have used before.

Cucumbers, carrots or sour pickles can be put into a mesh teether and given to a baby who is having a painful time when cutting their teeth. Your child will enjoy the flavor of these all-natural teethers. Encourage your child to keep chewing, and those sore gums will feel better as the day progresses.

When you are a parent, it's really important to take care of yourself. Despite what crazy events occur throughout the day, always take some time alone to be by yourself and relax, step away from the world and its worries. This will make you less stressed and happier, which will benefit your children ultimately.

Don't expect an instant bond with your stepchildren. A lot of kids show resentment about the fact that their true parents are no longer together. Take the time to get to know your stepchild and build this link progressively. Do not try to replace one of the parents.

If you have adopted a child, be ready to answer a lot of questions that might come up when they understand what this means. All children want to know where they are from, and this is no different for adopted children. It is important to be honest with your child, the younger they are when you tell them, the better they will be able to adjust to the idea as they get older.

Remember that not every child is an extrovert. Kids can be shy and aloof, but that isn't a bad thing! You need to take notice if he or she is appearing more withdrawn than they normally do. If you feel that your child is overly withdrawn, you should go see their pediatrician. The doctor will be able to determine if there is anything going on that should concern you.

Children enjoy playing. Playtime isn't just an option. It's a necessity for growing, developing children. Playtime should be more than simply leaving open blocks of time for unstructured activities.

As a parent, it is important to encourage good behavior with positive reinforcement. Attention is something all children crave. If being well-behaved does not get their parents' attention, they may try acting out instead. Parents who neglect to focus on the child's good behavior by praising them for it may actually be encouraging the child to act in negative ways.

Before administering medicine to your child, it may be helpful to mix each dose in something sweet. You can stir a little sugar in with the medicine, or use some orange juice. Applying drops to the eye is also easy to accomplish. Just have your child lay down and close their eyes, then put a drop on the hurt eye's eyelid. When they open their eyes, you will see that the eye drop falls directly in.

When raising a child it is fundamental to not give into every "I want" that they say. While treats and rewards are an important part of parenting, they should only be given at your discretion. Otherwise, your child may believe that he or she is in total control and that you can be easily persuaded to change your mind.

Parenting, although common, does not always come naturally. It's very common to seek advice as a way to learn better child-rearing skills. Children can be a handful sometimes, and experienced parents can help new parents tackle the issues that come with raising a child. Useful parenting tips provide welcome ways to learn from a wide spectrum of sources.

Gay or LGBT - How To Come Out When You're Married or Partnered

How to come out as gay, bi, or trans, is a question that so many married people find themselves asking.

Some come out when young, others when they are not so young, while others may come out when they have been in a heterosexual relationship for some time.

If you've been in a heterosexual marriage, or in an unmarried but lengthy relationship, the first conversation needs to be with your spouse or partner.

This will likely be difficult for both of you, but clear communication will be important as you plan your future, either apart or together. Be clear, be honest, and be respectful, of your spouse or partner and of yourself.

Perhaps you thought your spouse or partner suspected your orientation, but often this is not the case. Your spouse or partner may very well feel angry, betrayed, rejected, and confused -- and it's likely that many of these emotions will be directed toward you.

Be compassionate, but stand your ground. It is also important to reassure them that it is not their fault, as some partners might feel they are in some way responsible, or believe that they may have 'turned you gay'.

It's possible your spouse or partner will have a lot of questions; it's also possible that she or he will need time apart to process the many ways this will change life for both of you. It may take several conversations to work through all the issues that your revelation will create, and it may be helpful to schedule a few joint sessions with a counselor or therapist.

Remember that you've taken some time to figure out who you are; your spouse or partner will need time, too. Many will choose divorce or permanent separation as the way forward, and this can be a difficult process for all concerned. The best possible outcome is that, though divorced or separated, you remain friends with your ex-spouse or ex-partner.

For some, this will not be possible, and a clean break may be best. If this is the case, do your best to separate as amicably as possible.

Not all couples choose to separate or divorce immediately, or at all. They may choose to stay together in order to better care for their children, for the companionship that they already share, or even for sex. Provided couples are looking for the same things and are clear on the parameters of the revised relationship, divorce is not necessarily mandatory.

But staying together isn't easy, and doing it in order to linger in the closet or to spare you or your spouse embarrassment are unhealthy reasons to remain married or partnered, and unfair to both of you.

This is a time when an outside professional can be extremely helpful in determining the best, most honest way for both of you to move into the future.

If children are involved, your second conversation might be with them, depending on their ages and what you as a couple decide is most helpful. Although divorce has become, sadly, commonplace, this doesn't mean that it's not difficult for children, so focus on them, on the ways your family will change, and on the things that will remain the same, including your love for them.

This is a life-changing announcement for all of you, and emotions are bound to run high. If you as a couple can present a united front, your children will fare better in the long run. It may be a conversation that stretches over days, weeks, or months, one that will demand respect for the feelings of everyone involved.

It is also important to remember, especially for those who are knowingly struggling with their sexual or gender identity, that heterosexual marriage will not 'cure' this. Other people are not meant to be used in a futile attempt to convert or to hide a lifestyle. It is not fair or healthy to use another person in this way.

If you decide to come out when you're married or partnered, be sure to do so in a way that you can look back on without shame or unnecessary guilt.

It may be a difficult time for you and for all involved, but with a clear head and a healthy dose of compassion and understanding, it can be something that will move everyone forward in the best possible way.

Overcoming Pornography Addiction

Pornography addiction is a subject that is receiving increasing attention in the media these days. What may have started as a fairly innocent pastime has turned into a compulsive activity for so many, from celebrities to students.

The Internet offers endless possibilities for viewing pornography with the click of a mouse. What takes place when viewing online porn spirals out of control? When does it become an addiction? How can a person struggling with porn addiction get the help they need?

Pornography addiction is not yet recognized by the American Psychological Association as a psychological disorder (as many other addictions are), but greater focus is now being given to this problem and an ever increasing number of people are seeking help in this area.

The criteria for determining a pornography addiction is similar to that of other addictions. Does reading, watching, thinking about, and/or viewing pornography interfere with your work, personal life, relationships, social interactions or family life? If you answer yes to this question, you could have a pornography addiction.

What makes porn addiction a greater problem than in the past?

Accessibility

It's easier than ever before to access pornography. Before the Internet, it was necessary to actually enter an adult entertainment store and purchase material. It required a certain degree of personal disclosure -- taking the magazine, video or DVD to the cashier meant that you would be identified as a pornography consumer, which of course deterred quite a few people from consuming it in the first place. These days, with a fast Internet search, unlimited pornography is available in the privacy of anyone's home.

Early exposure

Whereas in the past access to this kind of thing would be rare and difficult to obtain, with the Internet children have a good chance of being exposed to it from an early age. A recent study reported that 42% of children have been exposed to pornography on the Internet before the age of 18.

Tolerance

Some experts believe that tolerance is built up when it comes to pornography addiction, much as tolerance is built up with alcohol addiction or other substances. The need to view pornography appears to increase with the amount the addict views. With an estimated 420 million pornography websites available, the Internet appears to have an almost unlimited supply.

Getting Help

As pornography addiction becomes more common and receives more attention, our understanding of it grows. As our understanding of this problem increases, so too does our ability to effectively treat it.. One possible way to view pornography addiction is to see it as a form of sex addiction. There are now several different and effective ways to treat this addiction. In addition to 12 step programs such as Sex Addicts Anonymous, and Sexual Compulsives Anonymous, there are a number of recovery programs, both on and offline that offer help with this addiction. Individual therapy is also available. CBT, or cognitive behavioral therapy, and modern hypnotherapy may be especially helpful for those seeking help to conquer this addiction.

If you, or someone you care about is experiencing difficulty because of pornography, help is available. With the right kind of therapy this really is a problem that can be overcome.

How To Plan For Success (Not Just Fake It Until You Make It)

Do you run your day?

Let me ask you a question, do you run your day? Instead of letting it run you, do you act instead of reacting? So many people trudge through their days without having any clue as to the purpose of doing it, other than to make a bit of coin and continue living, so that they can do the same thing the next day. Now regardless of whether you like your job or not, if you don't know what your true purpose in life then you will never reach your own idea of true success. You may absolutely love your job but if you believe that you were meant for more you will always be wondering "what if?"

I believe in planning for success and knowing that you are planning your days for maximum effectiveness to reach an end goal, so I want to run through exactly what it means to plan for success, whether your goal is to run a highly successful business, or build a great relationship with your family, there are things you need to do every day, or at least on a regular basis to achieve it. Let's take a look at what some of the most successful people on this planet do to run their days to maximum effectiveness..

Have a pre-determined purpose

Going back to the point I made in the introduction, if you have a pre-determined purpose for working hard at something, your motivation will always be there to get things done. Success isn't a sprint, it's a marathon and if you aren't packing the right kind of mental attitude, generated from having a purpose, you are going to fall at the first hurdle. For example the guy who wants to shift some weight, undo 50 years' worth of bad eating habits and not exercising, he looks in the mirror after a week of dieting and working hard in the gym. He looks at himself and thinks, "well this isn't working, I still look fat, stuff it, I'm done with this", he's thrown in the towel before his body even has a chance to change, he didn't have a purpose for changing. If the purpose of your change is to look good for the girls on the beach, or to look like all the models on the covers of men's health or women's magazine, you've got no fight and you're going to drown. That guy didn't have a strong
enough purpose to keep him moving towards his weight loss goal, if he had thought of a strong enough reason for losing that weight, it would have seen him though the entire journey and carried him though the good and the bad times.

Plan your day hour by hour

Sounds like hard work doesn't it? Well guess what? Reality check it, it is hard! It's incredibly hard to plan your day and stick to it rigidly when so much can happen in 24hours. So many things change during the day and you are forced to adapt to those situations, but it's how you react to what happens that truly counts. But if you are sitting down the night before and planning what you are going to do hour by hour, you give your day structure, you know what you have to do and you get it done. Sit down and write out all of the things that you need to do, the daily activities and the odd things that crop up too, work related and personal, then pencil them into your diary when you are going to complete those tasks. If you don't get everything done that's absolutely fine, I don't always get everything completed when I say I'm going to complete it but I make a note of what needs to be followed up on, then I can simply slot it into the next day and get it finished then. Plan your day or
I promise you now, your day will run you and you'll have nothing to show for it.

Keep a journal

You know it is strangely liberating writing down everything that you did during the day and everything that happened, maybe it's just me but it makes me feel like I am unloading all of the stress of the day and reflecting on all of the good things that happened too. By writing down the events of the day, you can track your efforts and determine where you could have spent more time being productive, determine what works and what doesn't and tweak things so that you become more effective in your daily efforts. Keeping a journal also helps you become more grateful for everything too, as you can reflect on and appreciate all of the good things that happened and believe me, everyone can find some good in their days, even if it doesn't seem that way at first glance.

Plan to fail

You have to realize from the start that you are going to run into stumbling blocks and you're going to be tested. Not realizing this is na&iuml;ve and it will set you back big time unless you accept it. The way to look at this is in a completely different light, people see failure as a bad thing, thinking it is making them weaker when in actual fact, you are becoming stronger and stronger through your failures. I love failure! Every successful person in this world has failed and I bet if you asked them, they would tell you they failed more times than they would care to mention, but it is through that failure that they became stronger and learnt what they were doing was obviously not the best course of action. Plan to take the hits and don't point fingers, trying to shift the blame onto someone or something, accept it, learn from it and move on.

Plan your own development

What a lot of people fail to do is improve on themselves, they are so fixed on their work that they forget to take the time to learn new things and develop their own mind set for success. I'm sure everyone has different amounts of time that they can devote to personal development, but personally I find listening to something constructive for 30 minutes every day and reading something constructive for 30 minutes every day is sufficient to improve upon yourself, but if you can dedicate more then do it. Successful people realize that the amount of success they have and the indeed the amount of money they earn, is directly related to how much time we put into our self-development. "We get paid for bringing value to the marketplace" (Jim Rohn), I think this quote says it all, you get out of any endeavour the amount of effort you put into it, but also how much time you spend becoming a better person to go after that endeavour.

Separate emotions from business and work

There is a bit of a catch with this one so let me explain. Business and work is not worth getting upset or overly emotional about, the only emotion you should carry into your working environment is that of passion. This was actually echoed by Martha Stuart, the first female to reach billionaire status and she talks about it in <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fT2K0oMwm8">this video</a> where she explains some of her rules to success, which can be applied to business and life in equal manner. You need to become conscious of your emotions when you are going about your day, don't let yourself become too emotional when something happens during the day which at first is perceived as negative. Take a minute to think about it and turn it on its head, look at it in a positive way. You can do this with anything, it may not be easy at first but you can do it, but that first step is becoming aware of your emotions during the day and separating them from work because it just isn't
worth it. We all have a limited time in this world, so why spend it getting upset and worried about something which isn't always going to be.

How To Live A Happy Life

Abundant Living In 2014

Dr. Stephen Covey told us that, "Every human has four endowments, self-awareness, conscience, independent will, and creative imagination. These give us the ultimate human freedom and the power to choose, to respond, and to change." It is thoughts that can help us change our world and our lives. Thoughts coupled with our human emotions pack an even greater punch when it comes to challenging our beliefs and changing our lives. When it comes to money, for example, it's not really about what money you have, or wish you had, it's really more about how you feel about the money. Prosperity is a real hot button issue for many of us. Dale Carnegie said it best, "Success is getting what you want. Happiness is wanting what you have."Emotions about our choices in life concerning money present us with a real challenge when it comes to realizing our capability for abundance.

There are emotions that can block the abundance from flowing in our direction. Fear, worry and anger, along with resentment, jealousy, self-pity and envy are all dangerous emotions that will positively shut off the flow of abundance to your life. While negative emotions can be helpful in life-threatening situations, aiding in our survival, it can seriously impact our lives when used inappropriately. You need that fear to tell you to run away or that anger to save a loved one, but when applied in the normal course of events, these negative emotions can be detrimental to your health, or even the health of others. It's most assuredly detrimental to the flow of abundance in your life. Eliminating these debilitating emotions, and showing forgiveness for yourself, as well as for others in your life, will re-establish the abundant flow back into your world. You must rid yourself of all negative emotions; push aside the pettiness and resentment, the fear, anger, and worry.

Depression and doubt are extremely harmful to your body and your mind, and must be dealt with quickly and replaced with more positive emotions, before they can cause physical or mental illness. Jealousy, envy, and resentment hurt you as well as others and block the flow of abundance in your direction. You've heard the Latin phrase, 'carpe diem.' It means 'seize the day.' Grab the opportunity; don't let it pass you by. You must live your life to the fullest, make each day count, and maximize the quality of your life. Remember, this is not a dress rehearsal; this is real life.

How To Think Like The 1%

If you want success, in anything in life, you have to think like the 1%, but what does that even mean?

Well let's look at the percentages of people who don't ever achieve their goals in life, these are people who go through the days with no real direction, they let the day run them, rather than the other way around. As a business owner you can't afford to do that and if you already run your own offline business then you will understand exactly what I am saying, you need to be proactive in all of your efforts every day, every action has a reaction and you need to ensure that every action you take, is getting you closer to your goal. Many people in the rat race simply live life pay check to pay check, day by day living for the weekend, the 1% realize that there is something they are working for which is beyond themselves, they have a burning desire and that carries them forward every single day.

Choose your mindset

You are the one who has control of your attitude and your emotions, so you have the ability to choose the mind-set you adopt and the words you choose as well. For example you have the ability to take out any negative words from your vocabulary which in turn massively improves your attitude. In business, it is all about the attitude you have developed towards hard work, slip ups and unforeseen events and how you take them.

Be pigheadedly determined

You must have pig-headed determination in any endeavour to be truly successful, it is no different in business. You need to be so determined that nothing else matters, you see the goal, you work for it and let nothing stop you. When things crop up that make life difficult, you need to think outside the box for solutions and new ideas, business needs innovation and the determination of an individual will breed innovation to get around any stumbling blocks, don't try to get over them or through them, just go around them.

Build Strong relationships

Good relationships are part of the foundations of a successful business, relationships with the clients, relationships with staff etc. You should take the time to build these carefully and on trust, when people fully trust you, they will help you in your journey and if they are potential customers they will buy from you! Entrepreneurs are adept at growing these relationships over time and making them last in the long run, you should strive to do the same thing.

Know your businesses health metrics

You need to understand exactly what makes your business function effectively, for example running an internet business requires me to create great content, provide excellent service and value and to be as personal as I can be. With the internet being a very impersonal experience for someone buying services or products, it pays to put that personal touch into your business to gain that trust. These 3 core aspects ensure that my business runs efficiently and effectively. You will need to know exactly the same thing or you are going to sink and fast.

So these are some of keys to thinking like the 1% and making a difference in the world, if you have any other suggestions its always great to hear!

Ways To Increase Motivation

What pulls you, drives you, pushes you?

It might seem like the people around us are very polarized -- some people want to make a difference to the environment, while others want to retire at 50 -- but research shows that humans are actually much more complex and multifaceted than this.

It isn't just one thing that motivates and allows us to make that motivation breakthrough, but many things all at once. Researchers have narrowed down the many motivators to a few distinct categories. If you want to get to that motivation place within, then here are a few pointers that will aid in your self help motivation.

Goal Setting

Setting goals can improve motivation and get you moving. But when setting goals make sure they feel achievable, realistic, and that they really do motivate you. Improving your average sale at work may not push your buttons, though it looks good on a resume -- so what does push your buttons? Saving up for a holiday to Fiji? Taking art classes at night?

These sorts of goals might inspire you to push your average sale up, for example, more than just focusing on improving your work performance.

Goals should feel exciting. They are tied in with your dreams you have for your future. If, however, you find that your goal setting is too daunting or feels to difficult, you may have overreached what you feel is capable and achievable. Instead of writing a novel, maybe just start with a short story.

Then work your way up to 5 stories. Once you have completed 10 stories, even if it takes a whole year, writing a novel may not freak you out. It will probably feel more achievable by then.

Understanding Your Drives

According to a study published by the Incentive Research Foundation in 2011, there are four basic drives that determine human motivation: acquiring, comprehending, bonding and defending.

Acquiring is about the tangible benefits we can gain e.g. money, skills, training, promotions, respect, etc.

Comprehending has to do with doing something we feel is meaningful, such as working with complex ideas, creativity, or participating in a job that makes a difference to the world. Bonding all about friendship, camaraderie, and social connection.

Defending takes into account issues around fairness and justice -- we are more motivated to work with and for people who treat us (and others) well, than those who treat us (and others) unfairly.

While some people may feel they lean more towards one drive than another, the studies show humans actually need a balance of all four areas. Failing in one area can negatively impact how we feel about all other areas. When you achieve a holistic balance of all four drives, you naturally access that motivation place within, make that motivation breakthrough, and become highly motivated.

Teaming Up

Setting goals, chanting affirmations, working on projects -- it all helps, but sometimes you just need a bit more external support.

Some of us thrive from working alone, the triumph is all the more great once you reach the finish line all by yourself. But some of us are team players. Support, camaraderie, creative collaboration -- working with others brings a lot to our lives and the things we are trying so desperately to achieve.

If you are not sure what you prefer, just try it. Invite someone to collaborate on a project, partner up with some like-minded colleagues, or join a group. Not only does this sort of networking provide you wish fresh perspectives and ideas, it also provides accountability. Tell people about your goals and projects.

It can really motivate you to know that someone supports your dreams, and is cheering you on.

Conserving Energy

Increasing motivation is hard when you are tired. Often people are hard-working and dedicated to their goals. But dedication can lead to fatigue, if you don't pace yourself and self-manage your energy output. Even when you love what you do, even when you feel happy and excited, the mind and body need to rest.

Being "on" all the time, or worse, experiencing chronic stress, can lead to fatigue and exhaustion that feels as if it leeches into every part of life. At this point, you need to be realistic. It is hard to be motivated if you have pushed your system too hard.

To increase your motivation, the best thing you can do is take time out and re-fuel. Take a break from your goals, take a break even from your career or job, just for a little while, if it is possible.

People who care about you always want to help out. Ask those around you to share the load, so you can get away for a while. Ask yourself how long -- you know the answer. One weekend? A week? A month?

Soon as you get the rest you need, being motivated and enthusiastic about your goals becomes a whole lot easier.

Becoming Wiser - Lessons In Personal Development

As the saying goes, "the wiser I become, the more I know how much more there is to know." The tools I share worked for me. They are not the only way, but a way: a way that has guided me towards a level of internal peace and an unconditional love of self. This kind of love transcends judgment and blame. It doesn't mean goody-goody, nicey-nicey. It does mean balanced sharing, acceptance of self and reality in all moments, service in a non-judgmental state, compassionate loving allowance. Important as the journey of unfolding the inner love through self-discovery and enlightenment is, it is a s important to enjoy life, to be able to develop the ability to laugh at our antics, play with our children, to have balanced sharing, laughter, and a joyful outlook on life while having the time of our lives all along the way. In short 'lighten up'.

Do not get caught up in the process of attaining your dream where you forget to live life. Smile, laugh, and play like a child in the mystery of the breath that supports life. If your focus remains in attainment, you will always be attaining. See your dream as a reality. A reality you are already living internally by allowing the adventure to empower self through the passion of living wholly your moment-to-moment experiences.

Unfold an expanded level of self-awareness by being aware of the reality you are creating. Continue and build upon the knowing that all that is created is for purpose and good. The purpose is to learn what you are requiring to learn so you can project an expanded level of the internal love. Discover within the created situation what it is you desire to know. Check yourself emotionally; are you holding onto any fear? If so, remember: fear creates losses. If not, go beyond the quest, so you can see yourself as you desire to see yourself. Have faith that whatever is for your highest good will be given unto you. Then follow your heart, your first inclination of direction. Through your daily prayers and meditations, continue to ask for guidance, offer your concerns to a higher source, then go about your day in full faith that your highest good will unfold in perfect timing.

Realize that any form of doubt is created through the limiting aspect of the mind, drawing from past experiences, or future fears of what ifs. Limitations that in reality, have nothing to do with the moment now. Create your dream through the knowing that your worth is not from anything external you place in your life, yet you are worth all things.

Employing a trust that crates a position of strength stability, abundance and the peaceful power that refined unconditional love (love in its purest form) always supports. Creating from fear, a dense for of one's perception of love, may be a motivation to act (i.e., if I don't do this, I won't eat). It is however, the ability to move through the fear that dis-empowers self, so you can expanded your levels of self-realization, inner fulfillment, and abundance in all areas of life.

Best Personal Development Tip - Accept Only What Brings You Joy, Yet Allow All

This article is about developing the most empowering approach, which is knowing that what you can learn and grow from <a href="http://veroniqueinc.com">expands your consciousness</a> into a remembrance of the incredible power of love that lives within self. This type of allowance creates incredible joy and fulfillment because you are okay with yourself in all choices and in all moments.

Being okay with yourself in all situations doesn't mean you have to like or accept what is occurring in your reality. Just be responsible that it was created exactly the way you wanted it because that is the way you have learned to give or receive your love/acceptance, worth or identity.

The mind is a computer and will only give back information you have given it. If you have recorded painful emotions surrounding your perception of love, it is those perceptions you project on any given subject, (i.e. relationships or money) that crate your outer reality. It is those buried, suppressed emotions that surround your beliefs on receiving or giving love projected on those subjects that keep you in reactive, robot-like behavior.

If you feel that the way you have learned to give or receive love will be taken away, it will be more painful for to receive what you say you desire, even if you are unaware of it. Therefore, you will continue to create what you perceive love to be, even if it is painful, until you are ready to be fully responsible for what you create.

To change how you are experiencing life, you must change how you feel about what you are creating. To be okay with whatever was created as purposeful and good. Finding the purpose and good allows an instant acceptance of self. In time each experience will build upon itself and the acceptance you seek from others will be found within. Do not misunderstand what I am saying, this doesn't not mean complacency if you desire to continually grow.

Complacency is a killer to the human spirit and growth. This only means to create a space for yourself that allows self to be okay and thereby fulfilled in every given moment. What occurs within is a feeling of fulfillment; this creates a feeling of a continued abundance. In abundance there is a feeling of limitless options. One can begin to change their circumstances by creating a basic foundation of feeling abundant through taking the following steps:

1) Cultivate within self, a desire, motivation and discipline that allows your dreams to become a reality.

2) Be willing to put forth the effort required to have your dreams fulfilled.

3) Have an ongoing belief in yourself no matter the perceived obstacles.

4) Persevere throughout your journey. Know that you and only you are the creator of your reality and no one can do anything to you that you have not chosen to experience.

As harsh as that may sound, it is a prevailing truth. 'As above, so below,' reveals a continuing ancient metaphor that tells us that whatever is on the inside of us expresses itself on the outside. If you desire long-lasting and unshakeable results to be in your life, know that this only occurs through internal changes.

Personal Development Tip - True Inner Intent Equals Outcome Always

No matter what the outcome is; it holds purpose and is created as we desired it to be for a higher level of self realization.

Find ways to <a href="http://veroniqueinc.com">empower self</a> by being responsible for what stands before you as an experience you chose to have. Without judging the experience, allow yourself to feel it, learn from it, and contemplate the change that will assist you in reaching both your short and long term goals, then place an action behind your words. If you judge, blame, run away, or turn your back on what challenges you, you will soon discover that what you are running from is an aspect of self that you haven't accepted/loved as self. We all know that we can't run away from ourselves.

If you maintain clear vision, focus, clarity of intent and a continual commitment to empowering/loving self expands you are able to open doors of opportunities that are closed to those with self defeating attitudes. Continue to pray, meditate, love, laugh, declare, and create a playfulness in what you do. Be who you desire to be through balanced action, trust and keep the inner knowing that all that is internally desired is given unto you.

If you are sincere about your passion, and your dreams, don't do it halfheartedly. Go for it. Accept no excuses. Just do it. Flow with and live life instead of reacting to or running from life. Quit looking for life to be reasonable from a limited perspective. Expand beyond old ways that no longer support life as you dream it to be.

If your life doesn't appear to be 'working', reevaluate what you are doing to find your true intent. Refine and improve the questions you ask yourself by looking honestly at what 'is' the outcome. Whatever the outcome 'is', is exactly what you wanted to have to receive an expanded level of self-realization. Examine what you perceive you may lose or gain and you can discover your unconscious beliefs. Remember the most important aspect that allows the desired change to accrue is honesty and responsibility to yourself. Accept the fact that what is 'reality' in your life is exactly what you internally desire. If you create a life of hardship, it is because you gain a worth from it being that way.

If you logically speak this is not what you desire, go deep within your heart and ask yourself what are your payoffs. For all actions are for self-interest and there is a payoff if you look under the layers of reactive behavior. You react and perform for others in the desire to receive or give what you perceive love to be. If your need for validation is stronger than what you speak you desire, you will create a reality to support your strongest requirement. Take full responsibility for your creations without judgment on self or blame on another.

Remember, all that stands before you, whether you like it or not, is your creation. It is your way to receive what you perceive love to be. The only way to change your reality is by being responsible for what you have created without judgment or blame. Whatever you have created holds purpose. Find the purpose, find the good, then move on! Holding onto the mindset that what was created was painful only gives it the opportunity to recreate more pain. Remember, fear and pain can not live within self unless it is given credence to do so in any form. Fear perpetuates fear. To end an existence of fear, discover what unconscious thought is creating it.

Look at the outcome of each situation and how you were served by that situation. Denial that you have not been served continues the reoccurrence of that fear. We are always being served no matter what is the perceived pain. That which is not to be for our highest good will never be, and that which is to be for our highest good will always be. Trust in an intelligence that lives within self as an all knowing energy force in its purest form.

When you silence the ideology of a judgmental mind, you will open your world to peace, harmony and an inner fulfilling abundance. This type of allowance unfolds a joyous, harmonious love within self. As we continue to unfold the unshakeable love that lives within all of us, we realize we are never at the "effect of" any human experience unless we chose to be.

Corporate Team Building In A Fun Way

No one can deny that America has seen sweeping changes in the 21st century, not the least of which is the change in work hours. Americans are feeling more overworked than ever before in this day and age, and are spending less time on leisure than their predecessors. What happened to those bowling leagues co-workers would flock to after work hours? As our free time dwindled, we had to be more economic about where we were putting in those few free hours. Spending even more time with the folks in the cubicles opposite us might not rank so high on the list of after work activities. More and more, it seems that Americans are devoting those hours to their families, hobbies, and errands. In an attempt to respond to these facts and use them to strengthen existing business practices, many organizations have begun engaging in <a href="http://www.funprosevents.com">team building exercises</a> and hosting events that help blur the lines between work and play.

The benefits of these are numerous, with the most obvious being an increased sense of connection among employees. A company with employees who have learned to trust one another is a more cohesive and effective unit of production. Getting workers out of the corporate world helps to get them out of their element, both externally and internally. Studies have shown that the brain creates the most new connections when a completely new skill is acquired or a new activity is attempted. There aren't many adults who are experts at, say, beating inflatable obstacle courses. For this reason, such rentals have the potential to bring a breath of refreshing creative energy to your whole team. A single fundraiser or corporate picnic can have positive results that reach far beyond the single afternoon spent on the exercises.

The summer is the prime season for exploring these options. For the organizations that rent their services, space, expertise and equipment to put these day adventures together, summertime is the busy season. It's the peak season for putting together festivals, carnivals, and other picnic type events. The warmer weather opens up a lot of possibilities. Of course, there are other schools of thought - maybe every company's idea of fun isn't inflatables oriented. In the past, campouts, river rafting, trivia games and organized afternoon sports events have been used to build those lasting employee to employee connections that make the workplace, well, work. Often, these options are incredibly expensive. For one, many are restricted to specific locations, whereas blow up equipment can be set up anywhere that has the space to host. Another reason the prices can be driven up by these traditional teamwork activities are the safety concerns that go along with many of these activities. Blow
up equipment is not only easier to set up and take down, it's also much, much safer.

Just because we can't have as much fun outside of work as we used to doesn't mean we can't have fun - or that corporations can't find a way to use this information to <a href="http://www.funprosevents.com">optimize production</a>. Welcome to the future!

Inflatable America: The Future of Employee Production

There are a lot of great things to be said about team building exercises and the new direction of corporate America. We are leading the world in innovative new ways to motivate employees and optimize production, so it only makes sense that we attempt to use that power consciously and sensitively.

Studies show that a company that keeps its <a href="http://www.funprosevents.com">employees happy</a> is more likely to succeed in the marketplace. When things are going well at home base, business outside of those closed walls is that much better. Some practices have become so streamlined that it doesn't matter where you are doing business from - Milwaukee, Wisconsin or anywhere, really - there are certain philosophies and ideas that have traveled far and wide and taken hold in all industries. One of these ideas is the concept of employment community.

Employees who have a sense of community with one another at work are happier. They produce better quality products, and more of them, than those who have no sense of belonging in the workplace. This isn't a real surprise when all things are considered; when we feel better, we do what we do better. What may surprise you, however, is that it is inflatables - like giant slides, bounce houses, and blow up obstacle courses - that are beginning to really embody this concept. That comes as a shock to a lot of people when they first hear it, but we now have the science to really back that up.

Yes, it's group sponsored carnivals and fun blow up events that are blazing the trail in new world team bonding socials, all aimed at enhancing business. These blow up rentals are becoming the hot new trend. Not only is it a whole lot of fun to pretend we're kids again in big old bounce houses, but there's an incredible practical aspect to the aftermath that is built on something absolutely essential - the idea that, when taken out of your usual element, you can create new neurological connections, and that these connections can create fluidity in other areas of your life. It's like a big, creative breath of fresh air - and the number one skill repeatedly named and requested by all managers or individuals in the position of hiring power is, overwhelmingly, "creativity". As it turns out, there is a lot to gain and very little to lose in contrast when experimenting with company outings in this way.

A single fundraiser or festival hosted by the corporation can make a world of difference, but the sustained and repeated implementation of these programs appears to be making substantial headway in the <a href="http://www.funprosevents.com">workplace improvement</a>. If that's too much investment for you, consider a low key corporate picnic - a tried and true method that makes a fantastic litmus test for the effectiveness of outside of the workplace experiments. Way before blow up entertainment came onto the business scene, these get-togethers have been a staple for several decades.

How To Motivate Yourself -- Motivation 101

Have you ever listened to a motivating speaker, felt motivated to make a change in one or more aspects of your life as a result, but then failed to take action upon leaving the conference room or auditorium? Unfortunately, this scenario is all too common.

Consider this; every year on January 1st millions of people outline a list of goals they intend to achieve for the New Year. Yet, all too few accomplish their goals. Why is this?

You cannot achieve your goals and dreams unless you get started. Newton's Law of Motion certainly rings true when it comes to motivation; bodies at rest tend to stay at rest. Getting started is often the largest hurdle for most people to overcome. However, once you begin a project, initiate an idea or take action steps, most people stay the course and accomplish their goal.

How do the most successful people get motivated, and remain motivated? The answer is simple -- commitment. Well, at least that's part of the answer.

The other parts of the answer involve going after the right goals or targets, having a realistic game plan, maintaining a connection to the established goals, and simply having fun during the process.

Does your Goal Pass the Acid Test?

When you consider your goals and dreams, how badly do you want to achieve them? Are you willing to do just about anything to accomplish them? This is the real acid test. Or, are they merely things that you would just like to accomplish? Herein lies the difference between goals and dreams.

If items on your to-do list, would like to have list, or goals and dreams list don't really matter enough to you at the end of the day, you aren't going to be really motivated to press on come hell or high water and accomplish what you need to. So, review your list of goals to see if they pass the acid test. Shorten your list to only those items that pass. Then, commit yourself to working through the process.

Visualization

There's a reason professional athletes spend a great deal of time before a game, match or event visualizing. They are focusing on not only accomplishing their goal of winning, but on how they will feel as a result.

Spend time considering what your goals look like? How will you feel the moment that you accomplish them? Who will you celebrate with? And what are the actual benefits or rewards that will accompany this success?

Visualization allows you to feel connected to your goals. And it can build the confidence needed to take that first step.

Defining a Realistic Game Plan

Now that you have identified what your 'actual' goals might be and have visualized what it will be like to achieve them, it's time to determine the steps you need and intend to take. Outline specific action steps and completion dates. This is where so many fail. When defining your plan of action, you must consider what you will accomplish and by what date; otherwise, your goal is simply a dream.

When defining deliverable dates, be realistic. Set milestones that you can actually accomplish. Setting unrealistic goals is a recipe for disaster. In addition to the ultimate completion date, be sure to insert short term milestones to work as check-points.

For example, if one of your goals is to lose 15 pounds this year, you will first want to break this goal down into bite sized chunks (1 lb. at a time). Establish quarterly weigh in points. After each weigh-in, track your progress against your larger goal. Post your progress in an area that you will see daily for additional motivation; your bedroom, bathroom mirror or refridgerator. If you are on track, reward yourself. If you aren't on track, take corrective action.

Have Fun with Rewards

If one or more of your goals are long-term, it can be challenging to stay focused over the entire time period. Shorter milestone check-points will provide you with realistic targets where you can check-in to see how you are faring against goal. When you are on track, reward yourself.

Rewards don't have to be monumental in order to be effective. They must simply represent something of value or personal enjoyment. Treats if you are on a diet, the purchase of a much coveted item, a massage or a night out are simple examples of potential rewards. Your rewards need to be personal and meaningful to you personally in order to motivate you.

Be Flexible

If you get off track during your journey, allow yourself the flexibility to modify your plan. Sometimes you need to adjust the goal. Don't beat yourself up -- learn from the experience, make the necessary adjustments, and get back on track.

Ask for Help

One of the most motivating things can be encouragement from someone you respect, trust, or love. Share your goals with a mentor, family member or friend and ask them to assist you along your journey. Check in with them and give them permission to hold you accountable.

External motivation is often readily available; speakers, a book or a favorite song or tune. Motivating yourself requires focus, dedication and commitment. If you have identified the right goals, formulated a realistic plan and utilize tools along the way, your chances of achieving your goals will be powerfully increased.

Revolutionary Inflatables: Blowing Up Corporate Expectations.

Who doesn't love a good carnival? All across the United States, from Wisconsin to California and beyond, these delightful events bring joy to thousands each year. Especially in the summer season, when the weather is the perfect temperature to set up outdoor rides. Cotton candy, Ferris wheels and family fun is all the rage. So the real million dollar question here is - who ever thought it would also be great for businesses looking to increase their employee camaraderie?

That's right. Now more than ever, corporate enterprises are looking for ways to integrate events like festivals into their <a href="http://www.funprosevents.com">employee training</a>. Studies have shown that physical activity outside of the office can really bring a team together. Bonding outside of the workplace helps bonding inside of the workplace, and it doesn't take a statistician to figure out where that goes - better products and more production of said products. There is no overstating the possibilities ushered in when you manage to create a more relaxed and less strained office environment, both of which are benefits of this stellar program.

Thinking bigger and better is one of the ways we aim to get ahead in business, and that path is full of forks in the road and untouched horizons. Especially in the new age of the information and idea economy, we are blazing trails that would not have even appeared possible twenty years ago. We can't be afraid to create those paths, either. Within the world of team building exercises, inflatable rentals are some of the most innovative experiences for hire around.

Many adult workers, especially those who hold office job positions, haven't been in a blow up environment in years and years, if ever. This makes it a great opportunity to try something new. Studies in the past twenty years have pointed to the benefit of taking on tasks you are completely unfamiliar with. Science points to the creation of new pathways in the brain which are generated rapidly during the learning of a new skillset, ruleset, or environment. Choosing something so incredibly out of the blue for most workers gives them a renewed sense of childishness and creativity and, as a result, it makes them vulnerable and forced to depend on one another in order to solve problems. In this way, these blow ups are becoming more and more conceptually essential to a growing marketplace looking to dominate team building exercises, motivational speakers, and various corporate inspiration markets.

These big blow up slides and <a href="http://www.funprosevents.com">obstacle courses</a> are more available than ever before, so why not ship them from the school's parking lot to the corporate one? The choice really is clear. There's nothing to lose and the potential to gain a whole new perspective on co-worker relationships and production. Acknowledging individuality, our relationships with one another, and our own potential for leadership and problem-solving is key. Creativity is finally allowed to be prioritized over mindless, streamlined production and in the process, helps to optimize that production.

How To Build Confidence - The Key Principles You Must First Have

A dearth of books are now available that share tips on how to build your self confidence. Many of these tips range from being aware of your strengths and celebrating them to focusing on what makes you happy. While these tips are helpful and can strengthen your self-confidence, if you don't have the foundation for practices to be built upon, then many of these tips will not be long lasting. This can cause a tremendous amount of frustration for those that are using these tips and are not seeing any permanent improvement in their own level of self-confidence.

The foundation that needs to be in place before using a process to increase your confidence level is adopting the mindset of being unconditionally responsible. Being unconditionally responsible means that you realize that you are the creator of your experiences, whatever they appear to be. You come to realize you had a hand in influencing the outcome of what you are experiencing. When you accept this frame of mind, you actually empower yourself because you can then begin to wrap your head around the fact that if you created or at least influenced your experience, you create it differently if you don't like what you are currently experiencing. With that understanding, you begin to feel less like you are a victim to your circumstances and you actually have some say in what happens to you, the "good" and the "bad". Using this concept on a day to day level is the beginning of the core foundation for having self-confidence.

In addition to being responsible, you must also be unconditional. This is important because being unconditional allows you to have the courage to look at your reality and what you are experiencing, and what you do to create/influence your reality. Being unconditional means you are not judging what you are experiencing and what you have created. There is no lesser or greater; it just is what it is. Understand that all your experiences are there only to clarify what you say you want in life and how you want to experience your life. Sometimes, you can't know what you want until you experience what you don't want. Judging the experience as something that you did or didn't deserve, only keeps you from receiving the empowering message and insight that would allow you to move to the next level in understanding what you do need to do to have the kind of experiences you would love to have. If you look at your experiences as just experiences, then removing the judgment will truly build up
your self-confidence because you are no longer repeating and reinforcing limiting and self-deprecating thoughts to yourself that tear down your confidence.

When you know that you can make no mistakes when it comes to the experiences in your life, there is a certain type of freedom you have that no one can take away.

This brings up the third point of that unconditional responsiblity foundation. Even though nothing you do is cause for judgment, it does not mean that you are released from any damage or harm that you would cause on another. If you have harmed another, you must be responsible for that damage you caused them. The good thing is, if you caused the damage, you have the ability to fix it.

Building self-confidence is simpler than you might think if you have the foundation of unconditional responsibility firmly in place. With that foundation in place, any other tips you may receive later on will be more long lasting and more effective in raising your confidence level to even greater heights.

5 Ways To Boost Your Self Esteem

While for many, self-esteem issues are a transitional part of growing into an adult and finding a place in the world, scientific research studies show that people with continued low self-esteem are also more likely to suffer from depression, anxiety, poor physical health, and even a lower income later on in life.

Those with long lasting issues of low self-esteem know only too well that it is not something you grow out of, but something that sits in the subconscious mind and continues to effect every part of life for years. How then can we enhance self esteem.

Here are five ways that you can do just that.

1. Model Confident People

Noticing what confident people do, how they speak, the ways they behave, can provide vital clues to finding self-esteem inside yourself. Who is the most confident person you can think of? When you have them firmly in your mind, ask yourself these questions: how do they hold their shoulders? How do they stand? How do they walk? What clothes do they wear? How do they behave when with other people? What sort of things do you imagine they say about themselves? And if they were in your situation, what would they do?

This questioning goes far beyond "fake it till you make it" - it links us into the answers already inside us. Once you have a list of what that confident person would do, go ahead and model this behaviour. Try it on for a few hours, a day, even a few days. Notice how everything you do, and the events around you, begin to change on their own.

2. Advertise Yourself

When you have to convince someone else about your strengths, it can have a fantastic effect on your self-esteem. Sitting down and really thinking about all your skills, gifts and talents is a wonderful reminder of all the good things about being you. Try writing an advertisement selling yourself as the perfect partner, house mate, friend, etc, with a full description of why anyone would be lucky to have you around. Don't be afraid to blow your own trumpet. This isn't an exercise in modesty, but in self-esteem.

3. Work On Your Resume.

Resumes are all about convincing someone to hire your time and your expertise. Giving your resume a regular update can also give your self-esteem a great boost. Alternatively, update your Facebook profile. Strange as it sounds, there is now research from Cornell University in New York to prove that people who view their Facebook profiles more regularly have better self-esteem. You get to go back and view your clever status updates, your significant dates and events, and photos of good times.

4. Say Positive Things About Yourself

Saying positive things about yourself, to yourself or others, is important. What we say about ourselves reveals a lot about our level of self-esteem. When we rehearse only what we do wrong, or don't like about ourselves, our brain builds neural pathways for these conversations, till eventually negative self-talk is practically automatic.

If you are not used to talking about yourself in a positive way, you will simply have to learn how. Keep practicing, choose a few nice things to say or think about yourself and use them as a mantra every day. It can be something you are proud of about yourself, or positive things you remember others saying about you in the past.

The more you repeat this, the easier the behaviour will become as your nervous system will build more neural connections to this positive self-talk, and less to the negative self-talk.

5. Is It You, Or Is It Them?

The people who surround us, at home, at school, at work, or in social settings, can have a huge impact on our self-esteem. Either they will support us, making us feel better about ourselves, or their negativity will bring us down emotionally. This may not be intentional. Some people just seem to notice what's wrong more than on what's right.

If you find there are people in your life who make you feel bad about yourself, you need to make a decision. Can you counteract the effect they are having with you? Or do you need to do some prunning?

Do you really need to be around people who make you feel bad about yourself? Choose to associate with positive people that make you feel alive, happy, and optimistic about life.

Deciding to spend less time with people isn't about making anyone else 'wrong' or 'bad' -- it has to do with making clear decisions about how you want to feel, and asserting your right to feel good instead of bad.

Use these strategies on a regular basis and you really will boost your self-esteem -- and increase your self-confidence.
