According to the results of a survey I just sent to my database, the number one thing people want to know is how to attract more money using the Law of Attraction. With that in mind, here are a few choice quotes to stimulate your thinking/attracting:
"The sole purpose of money is to express appreciation." - Arnold Patent, Money
Think about it. When you write a check to pay a bill, do you grumble and complain, or do you feel grateful for whatever service you received? I admit for the longest time I would feel lousy when I paid my bills. Now I don't. Per Patent's insight, when you feel appreciation, you begin to attract more to appreciate. To attract money, appreciate money and what it brings you.
"Middle-class people talk about things that came from a millionaire's idea." - Keith Cameron Smith, The Top 10 Distinctions Between Millionaires and the Middle Class
I love that quote, too. It makes me stop and think. Whenever I find myself talking about some product or service I greatly admire -- such as a Bugatti Veyron super car worth over a million dollars -- I stop and remind myself that it was just an idea. Someone created it. I'm now desiring it. But if you step back and look at the creative process, it was somebody with a dream, who took action, that got me and everyone else talking. To attract money, be the doer of what others talk about.
'You have no idea what's going on, but you're in charge." - Guy Monroe, Austin Vocal Lab
That quote might seem out of place in the world of attracting money, but consider: most of your life is directed by your unconscious. Ultimately, you have no idea what's happening, or why. Yet in the midst of the seeming chaos is a captain who can steer the ship through the storm. That captain is you. When you declare where you want to go, you direct the ship, the crew, and the sail to go in that direction. This applies to money, too. Who's in charge of your money, anyway?
"Prosperity allows us to turn our attention to more transcendent matters - to yearn for lives not just of material comfort but of meaning, balance, and joy." - Gretchen Rubin, The Happiness Project
I love Gretchen's book, The Happiness Project, and encourage you to read it. For now, her insight about money being a tool to elevate your thinking and desires is right on the money (no pun intended). When you think of money as bad or materialistic, you limit how much you can attract; but when you realize money is a symbol and a ticket to a higher state of being, you open the doors to attract all you'll allow.
Just food for thought…

Feeling Overwhelmed? - 7 Steps to Bring Peace of Mind
If you are feeling overwhelmed in your personal and/or professional life, it can take a toll on your overall joy and well-being.
At the end of the day, aren't we all looking for peace of mind and to feel like your day was worthwhile, that you helped another and that you did the best you could do?
I'm sure there are many days you feel that way, and yet other times you feel weighed down by everything.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, ask yourself these questions:
Am I overextending myself, or trying to get too much done all at once?
Did I take care of everyone else, or try to please everyone and forget that I'm on that list of people as well?
Was I pushing myself too hard, or not enough?
Do I feel behind on many things, or there aren't enough hours in a day, or that I haven't felt up to doing anything, and now I look at my list of things to do and it seems too much?
Am I handling my emotions and my time the best that I can, or are they handling me?
If you are overwhelmed, you may be feeling exhausted. You may notice your emotions are all over the map, or running higher than usual. Perhaps you just don't feel like yourself, or it all feels like too much, or you feel weighed down by everything that's been going on or things you need to get done.
Since most of us, for the most part, are awesome multi-taskers and generally have a fairly good handle on our lives and emotions, we may not recognize the pressures we've been under and the toll it's been taking until something happens to open our eyes.
The good news is, whether you are heading into the storm of overwhelm, or are already feeling snowed under, there are definitely things you can do that can help you regain your peace of mind.
What can you do?
Step back. Since you may be running on over-drive, it's important you slow down for a moment and take notice of where you are and what choices you have. Step back before you take the next step forward. Unwind, take a walk, do some yoga, meditate, listen to music, look at nature, go for a swim, breathe, etc. When you are calmer and more relaxed, it's always easier to see what your next steps are.
To-Do List. Lists are a great way to keep you on track, but make sure you prioritize them from what's most important to what's least important on the things that have to get done. We often have things on our lists that don't HAVE to get done right away, and they can wait until another time. You don't have to vacuum the dust bunnies today.
Ask for help. This is a tough one for a lot of people, but it's also very important especially when feeling overwhelmed. You don't have to do go it alone or do everything yourself. You don't have to be superwoman or man all the time. When someone helps you or is there for you, it can take a lot of pressure off and bring you support and comfort during a stressful time. You are there for others and it's okay for others to be there for you.
Make time for you. Perhaps you are last on your list right now, but believe it or not giving back to you can replenish your energy and spirits. In the long run, you will learn how and to pace yourself and therefore, be able to handle things better and be more productive or centered.
Say no. Just like asking for help, saying no can also be difficult. If you try to please others all the time, or you are doings things that aren't best for you right now, or you are taking on too much, then before you know it you are feeling overwhelmed. Saying no doesn't mean you are always going to say no, it just means at this time it's best for you and the situation to say, "Thank-you, but this time I'm not able to do that or, I will take a rain-check."
Check In. When was the last time you checked in with yourself? How are you doing right now? What can you do to ease things or feel less stressed or emotional? We generally know what we need to do, or what will help, but we don't check in to hear what it is, or if we do we don't listen. Listen.
Let go. Letting go isn't always easy because we like to think we can control as much as possible. Knowing what's important to do and what we "truly" have to do helps in letting go of other things. It's okay to let go.
Remember, you don't have to do everything, know everything, and please everyone. Know what's truly important.
These techniques assist you in seeing what's creating the overwhelm in your life and what you need to let go of to bring back peace of mind into your life.

Revisiting Diet Menus And Plans - The Cretan Diet
The Cretan Diet was inspired by food consumption in Crete, one lovely Greek isle. It is based on a regime rich in vegetables, fruits, grains, olive oil, some dairy products, fish, and seafood. Foods rich in saturated fats such as red meat, cold cuts, sunflower seed oil, and butter and rapidly digested sugars including pastries, ice cream, and carbonated drinks should be avoided as much as is possible.
Cretan dieters eat a lot of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic and alpha-linoleic acids that are thought to help prevent cardio-vascular incidents. It is recommended that you eat fish two or three times a week. Wine is said to have several positive properties such as reducing infection and being an antioxidant. So dieters are encouraged to drink a small glass of red wine with lunch and dinner. While wine is recommended, it is by no means mandatory. Dieters should get 25 to 30% of their calories from lipids, 55% from glucides, and 15% from proteins.
Limit the consumption of animal products. Saturated fatty acids, found in animal products, increase the level of bad cholesterol and may harm arteries. This diet calls for reducing their consumption. Products based on goat and sheep milk are encouraged. Increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables because they offer vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fibers. You are suggested to consume 400 to 500 grams, about a pound, of fresh fruit daily. Wine has several positive properties such as anti-infection and antioxidants. This diet calls for a small glass of high-quality red wine during the meal. However, wine is definitely not mandatory.
The Cretan Diet claims to reduce the possibility of some cancers, to fight against cardiovascular problems including high blood pressure, and to slow down the mental degeneration of the elderly. Among its advantages are the wide variety of permitted foods. Wine lovers will be happy wiith the Cretan Diet's policy on wine. A disadvantage perceived by some is the lack of meat.
Here is a sample menu For breakfast enjoy a bowl of oatmeal with goat's milk, an apple, and tea or coffee. For your lunch start with grated carrots, and then have a soy steak with bell peppers and boiled potatoes. Dessert is strawberries. A glass of red wine. Supper is grilled sea bream accompanied by steamed spinach. Dessert is fresh pineapple. A glass of red wine.
A quick look at the Amazon web site showed a few books on the Cretan diet. One paperback recipe book, and I don't know why, cost an amazing $133 new.

Dating Chat
There are many ways of attracting attention to yourself and meeting person, to make an appointment, to make a declaration of love, but what to do if when looking into someone's eyes your voice trembles, and you become redder than the ripest strawberry. The answer is simple, dating chat will save you, this is the easiest way to say without ceremony what you think about.
E.g. here href="http://www.datingchating.com/" target="_blank">DatingChating.com people gather for communication, flirt, love. Dating chat is a good way to find friends, pen friends, relax and get a positive charge of energy, of good spirits. Loneliness is not sentence. You choose the suitable nick-name that characterizes you more vividly, and make a step towards the communication with people. It's for you to decide whether to be honest, frank or to start with lie and fictitious sex. But to become acquainted with the help of lies is not the best way to confidence and the heart of the person who probably will be able to take place near you in the real life. People from different countries, cities, of different social status and age visit dating chat. The person you will become acquainted with can possess good qualities, but nobody is insured that the chatter on the other end doesn't possess negative emotions, slander.
href="http://datingchating.com/all_user.php?com=now" target="_blank"> Visit the profiles of all registered users and choose for yourself the most acceptable variants which are congenial to you, closer to you by interests, views on life. But no words entered to entry field won't tell better about what makes a person tick, what he/she concerns him/herself with, what he/she has at heart. The direct communication will help to lift the veil of mystery from the person you want to meet. If you plan serious relations with the chatter don't protract. Nothing bring people together more than real communication. The first step was made, you met each other, so confusion off! Now everything depends on what kind of persons you are in real life, if you will be able to continue this wonderful moment of approach, extend it. Dating chat is a real chance not to stay lonely, even if you don't have time to communicate and you are so busy that you have only a free short hour in the evening.
Profit by it; don't watch TV, changing channels, but talk to friends and beloved. Write a few good words, and you will find out with surprise that many persons will comment on it with a smile. Don't be a cold fish, don't disregard the people who saluted you in response to your greeting, because open and attractive person will never stay lonely. Dating chat is a different life, interesting and rich, if it has something in common with the real life. Become friends, love, communicate, but don't forget the persons who are with you. Perhaps that girl or that guy from the neighboring porch will turn out to be the funny chatter. It's not a sin to love, it's of worth to be friends. So what does prevent you to click with mouse a few times and find yourself there where you are loved, waited and valued?

Diet Plans And Menus - Revisiting The Delabos Diet
The Delabos Diet was created by the French doctor Alain Delabos in 1986. This diet is based on the chrononutrition principle; which says that foods must be eaten at the right time of day according to a biological clock. You should eat fatty foods in the morning, heavy foods at noon, sweet foods in the afternoon, and nothing or very little in the evening. Eat breakfast in the first hour after getting up, wait five hours for lunch, and another five hours before eating a sweet snack. Wait for at least 90 minutes after your snack before eating supper. If you aren't hungry skip supper. And don't eat anything at all for at least 90 minutes before going to sleep.
It is important to eat the right foods at the right time. Breakfast means bread, cheese, butter, and sometimes bacon and eggs. For lunch eat meat or fish, and perhaps starchy foods and green vegetables. Eat fruits or fruity foods and vegetable oils such as peanuts, avocado with dressing, or olives at snack time. For supper you may eat green vegetables, fish, seafood, or white meat in small quantities. The Delabos Diet quite clearly defines portion size based on your height. You will really need to consult the documentation to know exactly what to eat. For example, dieters eat 1 to 4 eggs. Two meals a week have no restrictions.
The Delabos Diet has the advantage of being balanced. Because dieters are allowed to eat everything, they can stay on course for a long time. Among the disadvantages for many is eating cheese in the morning. This is really a complicated diet and dieters spend a lot of time calculating portions. To get you started on the calculations remember that there are 454 grams in a pound.
Here is a two sample menu: Menu 1 Breakfast: 60 to 140 grams of blue cheese, 50 to 90 grams of whole grain bread and 10 to 20 grams of butter. Tea or coffee. Lunch: 150 to 290 grams of beef stew and from one half to two bowls of French fries. The mid-afternoon snack is a rounded tablespoon of peanut butter and 250 milliliters of creamed chestnuts. Fast for supper. Remember, it takes just about 30 grams or milliliters to make one ounce.
A quick look at the Amazon web site revealed only two Delabos diet books. They were both in French and the used copies were even more expensive than the new ones.
